So I'm the only person who doesn't have EQUAL rights?

ok
No idiot. I feel all felons who have served their time and and are now a productive member of society should have ALL rights restored. Not doing so means they don't have equal rights. You asked for an example it was given. Learn from it.
Now if you fucked with little kids/minors you should be locked away forever or killed.

Having a felony makes a person "unequal".

Felons can get their gun rights restored. It's just hard to do and it doesn't happen very often.

So you'd be OK with a rapist or child molester moving in next door to you without you knowing about it?

You'd be OK with a mass murderer moving in next door with his recently purchased AK47?

The reason the law is that way is simple: some people never change. You don't get to "keep your rights" by violating the rights of others. That's all there is to it.

Not doing so means they don't have equal rights.
They should have thought about that before they abused their rights to begin with. That's one of the leading problems in this country: everybody has rights and nobody has any responsibilities...until they get caught.

Seems like there should be a separate forum for the anti government folks.

Here in politics most people are discussing trying to get their elected government officials to work for them, and they realize they must live within the system to do it.

Then the anti government folks that want to live in a utopian government free society argue that no government is the way to go.

I'm not sure where you need to live to be in a government-free society. But arguing about it in a politics forum will always lead to a circular discussion that never goes anywhere.

Who do I talk to about making that happen?

This is a weed growing site. So the bias is toward anti-social types that are typically shunned by polite society. Growing weed does not seem to be impaired by mental illness. It also gives access to America's finest mental health treatment facilities.

I wasn't trying to be as labely as I was. I don't know if they're anti government, anti establishment, anti whatever. It's just difficult to talk about facilitating change when someone says "you're sheep, there is no change all government is the same, fuck the government".
For all intents and purposes I do agree with some of their points. Fuck the fucking corrupt government that only makes it possible for rich assholes to get a fair shot at life and Fucks over the little guy repeatedly.
I just also believe change is possible. Probably Dr. Seuss teaching me to believe as a child and I never got over it.

In this country, it's not. After all, nothing has ever changed. We're still the same capitalist, throw-your-mother-under-the-bus nation now that we were 200+ years ago. We were set up from the very beginning to be that way.

You do know why the electoral college was founded, don't you?

It was founded for one simple reason: to keep the people from deciding who becomes president. It was a safeguard put in place by the rich to prevent someone like me or you from ever becoming president.

Anybody who ever dared to change that was promptly executed. The last person that tried: Jack Kennedy.

And people sort of learned their lesson after that one.

After the first black president; doesn't change seem possible? That wouldn't have happened years ago.
I still believe. But I also believe people can't be so lackadaisical about it. They have to fight, legally. Protest, bother and annoy elected officials with their demands. Elect people they feel represent them. But demand change.

What if everyone stopped going to work until some of the mandatory minimum sentencing around non violent charges was abolished? Or the same thing with affordable healthcare? No one goes to work; Everyone together stopped. The country couldn't run. There has to be ways to force change on a government that will be happy keeping everything in their status quo.
Just because it hasn't happened, doesn't mean it can't. Imo

And the Idea? https://www.quora.com/How-do-elections-work-in-China

Generally speaking, we have direct election on the local level while indirect election on upper levels of leadership. The president of China is elected by the representatives that are elected from lower leadership levels who are believed to represent most of the people in China.

No.

After he spent his entire presidency being attacked and ridiculed for no other reason than he was black?
After the first thing the new "all white" administration is trying to do is undermine everything he did?

Nothing has changed. At all.

Some people are fooled by the current administration and their lies. Not all though. I would say by the rest of the world Obama is universally loved.
Just some back woods racist muricans seem to think he tapped trumps phone or did some other bullshit.

No but a child molester needs to be killed the police just let them back out on the streets.
Well I'll be dipped; this is the first (only?) thing you've ever said that actually makes sense! I am in full agreement.

But why have you got to go shooting at people? There are many other means of serving up comeuppance, many of which feel so good when (literally) taken into your own hands....

I ridiculed him for not changing shit but creating a law that forces us to pay for state run medical insurance. What a dick move even Bill Clinton criticized him for that mess. We pay enough taxes and on top of that I need to pay for health insurance? The only reason healthcare is so expensive. If we had a free country doctors would not be so rich as they can't charge what the people can't afford. Same goes for credit if people refused to get a bank loan on a house the housing prices would be affordable instead we spend money we don't have and if you can't pay your mortgage the loanshark sends a sheriff to throw you out of your house then they resell the house. It's worse than gambling the house enslaves us all.

so unless your asian you deserve a shot

anarchism is the existence of life without government .
self identified anarchists only all agree that anarchism with that simple definition is the way to go. the way to get there is a matter of contention. Socialism offers solutions for anarchy democracy and or communism . anarco communism is popular so that community addresses most issues. people are people everywhere so some present and represent there parties, beliefs and selfs differently.
when it come to being very passionate people can be off putting. lots of antifa types are essentially fascist themselves just anti right politics. anti social is a clinical term. going against the grain is called for when the grain is warped.
