No, they were in paper towels wet with dilute fermented aloe for 24 hours prior to planting into the squares
That's awesome. I have a lot of aloe plants but have only used fresh so far. Are you making an fpj with a LAB culture? And lastly have you noticed a difference in fresh and fermented or is it a tool to preserve an abundance of aloe?

Yea, I throw a dash of lab in with all the ferments to help jump start them and get em rocking. But basic recipie is equal parts sugar and fruit for ffj, and growth tips for fpe fpj. I use underripe ffj in early flower then ripe fruit made ffj bud swelling stage and overripe fruit ffj in maturation and finishing.

But yes, fermented aloe will store for a year easily and is readily plant available nutes and enzymes, so they respond fast. I'm still practice and learning the ways of knf, but i do love the quality, yield is down 30%, but the terpene profile and clean meds make up for it in my opinion.

And the closer to raw the better, jaggerty or raw washed sugar.
Awesome. I've got a lacto culture rocking right now and am soon to have an abundance of comfrey and the horsetails should be up soon. My kids eat 4 organic bananas a day and I want to use the peels to make an FPJ I read somewhere the majority of potassium is stored in the peels.

Awesome, lab is great for soil and plants love it, and by far best thing I've seen vs powder mildew. Gets compost cooking way faster to. I use it in my chicken and goat runs to, Elim ates smell.

I'd recommend putting at least 1 Banana fruit to, so you get the sugars out of it, and the enzymes contained within. I've never tried just the peels, so idk if it would work or not, if it doesn't bubble nicely when fermenting, that means you need more fruit in it. Horsetail is awesome, tread lightly when first using , it goes a little a long way. , 1ml a gallon on horsetail and bamboo has plants praying as hard as they can.

Tits. I'm psyched for this year. I started my LAB for our chicken runs. They sure do smell worse than the rabbits. But eggs are our only non plant protein these days so I'll keep em around. Thanks for all the advice. Stay safe and happy farming.

Nice shots man, everything looks really healthy. Do you do companion planting or cover crops in your pots?
I see what looks like malted barley sprinkled on top? Sorry if you've covered some of this already. I scanned quickly from the beginning, just to "lazy stoned" right now read it all. The pics of your BSD and BBMS look absolutely amazing. How do they do outdoors here in Oregon?

Yea, I do companions and cover crop, I'm using build a soils 12 species blend cover, and French marigolds. And yea, there's top dressing of homemade bokashi innoculate, as well as malted barley, give the soil life a supercharging. All my soil is cooked with imo3 (korean natural farming input) and the live plants are sprayed atleast weekly with my imo2 master mix, so tons of life going in.

The blue city diesel failed stress testing and won't be worked with due to herm issues. I don't believe in using unstable genetics, so she and her line was culled out. I must confess though she is a pretty plant and looks great in a jar, and tasty.

The blackberry moonshine is a star all around. That line was the line that did the best verse mold in the 2016 season with the majority finishing first week October with no traces of budrot or mildew. The green pheno reminds me of slymer terp profile, very lemon lime smell. The red phenos come in 2 profiles red hair red buds show blackberry muffin terp, with excellent yield and poten, which is the main pheno. I saw 1 outta 40 that had red buds white pistils, and that pheno had the lime terpene profile. I have a row slotted for them again this year as well, as my patients loved it.

Those pink pistils remind me of my blue city diesel. I can't wait to pick up a few packs of this. I'm sad your BCD didn't make the cut. I love mycut. last yearI was only pulling 1 layer of 6mil black plastic for my dep on it's first round and it caused quite a few plants in it to hermie. My blue city diesel was one of the few that didn't have issues and it also had. Great pm and botrytis resistance too. One of the only plants that showed 0 bud rot. If you want testers for that BBMS you know where to find me. Stay safe and happy farming. IMG_3393.JPGIMG_3477.JPG

Yea outdoors for me the bcd did well, indoors and in my stress testing not so much. May have just been a subpar cut though.

And for sure I'll keep that in mind!

Change of plans, my mom space has some mites going on, so gonna be treating them with fermented mackerel and fermented garlic every couple days for a while. Instead of pulling clones and dealing with all that nonsense, I've stsrted more seeds under the worm moon yesterday. Gonna keep the mom space quarantined and indoors and start with clean plants from day 1. I have many many lines to test thru, so alls well.

New seeds popped:

20 Ish banging dreams (hemlocks wet dreams x bangi haze)
40ish dragons stash (dfg hard dick blues x treemans orange og x sr71)
10 more banging ticket (tga slymer x bangi haze)
10 dragon cheese (bb cheese surprise x blueberry snow lotus)
20 moonshine haze (bigworm prime moonshine x bangi haze)
