he said it's up to the states same as he said before. He added that medical could be looked at. it would be a vote though nothing he said indicated that he would push it himself. However i might support it. Any national legalization of cannabis should be scrutinized and veted to make sure it doesn't fall under control of the oligarchy, big tobacco or big pharma
but big pharma should be allowed to participate.

russia is on the opposite side of the war. if we support isis they will stop attacking us it doesn't mean we should do it.
