Knowingly using an unapproved chemical and selling it to sick people is low but trust me these companies can go lower yet .

wonder what it will do to stock prices when the class-action lawsuits begin.
The LP's have been caught or admitted to using banned chemicals and selling that tainted product to sick Canadians. Who knows what long term effects will be.

Why do you keep posting the same things over and over, only Hippy has a pass to do that.
Big fucking deal they got caught, as much as I do not like the current LP's and the system, I know for a fact I was poisoned by BM cannabis over the years as well, you think some cash cropper gives a shit about sprayed Cannabis?
Are you growing your own your self? if you have a DG they could be spraying.

I think that HC is in a pickle, if they revoke, then it puts the new system in question, and that can effect the court case.

This would be a non issue in court. If they revoke, it shows theyre serious about the implemented regulations and enforcing them when violated. In a system where they scream clean product over everything how could it be bad? Otherwise theyre no different then a parent who always threatens to ground a kid but never does. Once they know there are no consequences, all worry of punishment goes out the window.

The new system NEEDS to be questioned for good reason with the ongoing practices of these LPs who keep "accidently" spraying with banned pesticides

Because once they revoke one, they will have to revoke like 10 more, that is half the strains in the LP system, they are already struggling with strains as is. They are trying to prove that the system is working.

WTF are you rambling about? don't you smoke poison oil too? I am pretty sure you are smoking sprayed Cannabis, specially if you are not growing it personally. Like 80-90% of the oils and shatters are poison, it is made with the shit that would not make the cut in bud form.

they don't publish recalls from dispensaries. why would they? they are not regulated.
i am not saying there are none but i remember the BC Compassion Club refusing to buy some product because they found mold spores. i used to go there a lot

I am not saying all clubs are bad, but we do agree that the BM is way more risky.
