i live in a low income area...a charter school had problems because half the parents didn't pay tuition for 3 years....instead of closing they wiped the slate clean....3 years later about 80% hadn't paid....why should they right.....now they closed that school last summer, it was about 10 years old. now 1 block away guess what they're building, another bigger n better charter school...............................
