When reading an opinion peice you can develop your own opinion about it. Yours seems to be that there is not conclusive evidence that Russia indeed hacked anything to influence the election, am I correct?
I happen to beleive the articles that cite the FBI and homeland security reports as well as the previous reports by Microsoft. But those millions of dollars and thousands of highly skilled investigators are probably wrong and the ex head of the NSA on his own is correct in his assumptions.
Sarcasm doesn't always lend well to the written word, I think the FBI are correct if that was lost in there somewhere. Russia meddled, end of story.

What happened is these idiots fanned out all over social media to anybody's account that had any connection to anybody involved. "friending", yelping, checking in, liking; all of it became evidence of guilt. They combed through the each of these people's photos and applied their mean-spirited sickness to anything they thought improper, anything they did not understand, anything that 'threatened' them. The former KGB would be proud of their tactics - the same ones used in Stalin's purges. Then they ended up taking these pictures of other people's kids and publishing them all over the web with accusing commentary.

This is what politics has been reduced to. This is what TRUMP! is about. Fucking witch hunts.

It is not gullibility. It is not imagination. What it is is a willingness to level false allegations and spread information that is knowingly false in order to further your case. It is the ends justifying the means. Whether she has fooled herself into believing it is not the issue here. This is about using tactics in a civilized polity that are more commonly used in totalitarian or religious fundamental situations. This kind of behavior is reprehensible and must be resisted. Is it any fucking wonder that Joe McCarthy's lead attack-dog during the red scare mentored our President elect?

I don't like his chances. I don't like our chances. We have made a great leap backward as a society by embracing the lowest characteristics of humanity and electing this inept demagogue.

50% believe that 3+ million people voted illegally in california and that comet pizza is a secret pedo sex dungeon.

about 40% want to ban all muslims from the country, 30% want to ban all gays, and 35% want to base laws off the bible rather than the constitution.

almost 70% don't believe in evolution and think the earth is 6000 years old.
