Again, thank god these fools aren't drafting the new law. These are just recommendations, nothing but a waste of taxpayers coin. I am honestly surprised that they did not recommend removing home growing for patients seeing as there will be more access and they could be slimy and claim to the courts that they are meeting the requirements of the Allard ruling with legalization. It is a shame that they do want to remove designated growers as there are a lot of people who need the medicine who are unable to produce it themselves.
