Excuse me..did you just say 'is it that bad that they would have bias'?

Are you kidding me?

The answer is YES. They are to be NEUTRAL..that IS their function.

It was okay HRH used any means necessary and did it to the Bernster..but not okay

Trump did it to her..amirite?

What double standards.

Politicians to remain neutral, lol. What if Trump ran for the Democratic primary? Would you still expect them to be nueteral? If Bernie ended up losing the general, would you be dragging him through the mud?

You of many people should know the descimination, prejudice, and baise women face their whole lives. If these very type of people would've remained unbiased a century ago, you wouldn't even have the right to vote let alone drive. So I guess you can go ahead a blame those glass ceiling breakers too. I swear sky, are you even a Democrat?

Well, thank you for asking.

My party affiliation is 3rd..I'm a card carrying Indie.

Hillary's loss had absolutely NOTHING to do with gender..that's a speaking point you picked up from teevee.

As a women, I understand that my sisters were imprisoned and died less than 100 years ago, which is why I could never NOT vote.

I voted for Hillary Clinton as I felt she was the best choice for the job, who was running for POTUS..as I review YTs of Bernie on stage with the person who STOLE the primary from him..his head bowed..I secretly wished her political death.

Looks as if dreams do come true, men..:clap::fire:

It's a .org.. they will be lucky if their non-profit 501(c)(3) certificate doesn't get pulled.

Actually, I think I will contact my reps and suggest they do just that!

That's why you won't give it up! You couldn't vote for Bernie in the primary, lol.

Same here. I'm glad Trump was elected so it highlights exactly what's been wrong with a vocal segment of the left for so long and so that middle America gets to be reminded what happens when republicans make the rules. Seeing Clinton go down in flames for what her campaign orchestrated during the primary was epic. So, so close!

you're so progressive.
I'm more progressive than you, that's demonstrable

Wanting a Wall St. sell out to win because you believe she's the lesser of two evils isn't a progressive position. You had a chance to vote for an actual progressive and you squandered it in favor of the corporatist you thought could beat the racist. Turns out you were wrong and only have yourself to blame for it.

Just curious, are you a registered Democrat?

And to expand on why I'm glad Trump won, because it highlights how wrong your approach is; that is, to call everyone and anyone who disagrees with you a racist or sexist and outright dismiss them by that basis instead of engage with them and explain why they're wrong. Your way shuts people out of the conversation and sets an arbitrary standard for admittance, my way invites people into the conversation and demands they defend their position using logic and reason. There are no 'safe spaces' or censorship.

When people see your way, they rightly say "fuck that, these people are crybabies who can't handle criticism". When people see my way, they're forced to engage in the shark tank that is peer review and they lose at the door.

When you shut down criticism, call for 'safe spaces' or ban public speakers from events because you disagree with their message, all it does is make you look like a giant pussy and it makes your argument look weak.

When you demand criticism, you convey strength to your belief, and people see it for what it is.

Your select segment of the left has lost. Identity politics has lost. As someone who actually represents the left, I'm telling you now, your time has come and past. If you don't step aside, we will move you to the side.

Trump won over his voters support while making racist, sexist comments and character assassinations. If this worked for him, doesnt that make your logic seem a bit scewed?

Well, you might be right. Buck's divisive rhetoric would not be called unifying. But he didn't run. Clinton did. Her slogan and repeated calls for unity sound a lot like what you seem to favor.

Trump's rhetoric was pretty divisive.

I get what you say when you would prefer we all get along better. I'd like that too.
