As an avid cyclist, I really appreciate this guy giving it to this cop. To the cops credit, he took the correction like a man for the most part. This shit would never fly in Chicago...

Today I read a well thought out analysis of what lead up to the shooting of Kathryn Johnston and what Atlanta has done in the ten years since then to prevent it from happening again.

Basically, quotas, planted evidence and falsified statements led to a no knock warrant on an innocent old ladies house where she was shot up by police because she mistook them for criminals and pulled out her gun to defend herself.

Since then, the quotas were removed, three police did time, and most of the police were redistributed to different units. Then they focused on repeat offenders and when they were making fewer arrests, instead of getting tougher on crime, they simply reported that crime rates were down. Hopefully some other cities can learn something from all this.

They riddled the walls of the condemned apartment building they were holed up in with 10,000 bullets. Hit it with water cannons. Then they dropped a 4lbs. brick of C4 on the building. Cops are so addicted to making that big arrest they foam at the bit with Strawman tactics trying to make you give up your rights.

Have your cellphone, or a cam ready, and tell them it's instantly being loaded up to a cloud.

Edit: One time before I grew I was driving around looking to score. What I did not know was that the area had a big crackdown just a few nights before, and the heat was still on. They see me driving around, and pull me over. Long story short they did not like my answer of "Just driving around", and they threatened to have a known prostitute confess I picked her up. I looked the Pig dead in the eye, and said "Just driving around". They let me go.

They are trained liars.

This guy had try to force himself on this girl I was dating, I married her, at a party one night. It was stopped and I was informed. The guy and I had an argument and he threatened to get me.
Fast forward and I wake up to find beer cans all over my yard. It was the guy and the neighbors drinking the night before. I walk outside and the guy pulls out and stops in front of my house. The guy gets out and charges at me. His hand was in his jacket. I had a 9mm in the table next to the door. I pulled it and shot twice in the dirt and told the guy one more step and he is dead. He gets in the car and leaves.

A couple hours later my girl and I walk outside and like 15 squad cars swarm the place. The guy and his sister called and lied and told them I had them held at gun point. The cops interview me and decided I was in the clear.

The guy went with the neighbors and swore out warrants. I was charged with multiple counts of terroristic threatening and wanton endangerment.

The DA told me because they filed warrants first I was guilty and proceeded to tell me if I didn't take a plea that he would try to get the max. It was a scare tactic.

A lot of money and months later I got it dropped. I hate the crooked system.

Wow, that's pretty fucked up. He threatened you, implied he had a gun and you DIDN'T kill him on your own property? Admirable restraint!

These videos are not the whole truth. They report the consequences of a myriad of deeper routed problems. That said,these type of videos are useful in a court of law where representatives of society can view them and make their conclusions, they SHOULDN'T be made viral to bait the brainless into a position where they hate and want to kill police officers.
We need to be clear on where we stand with this whole situation and stop avoiding the elephant in the room.
The problem starts top down and most people avoid this truth because of the implications of it.

Four pounds of C-4 my ass. It was a homemade incendiary device dropped on the roof to force them out of the building. There was no day care, they were just squatters. The fire spread and burned down four or five blocks of row houses. The people that lost their houses got new construction and damn nice houses for their trouble. The leaders had ample opportunity to surrender and like the Davidians, they chose not to surrender.
