2nd week seedlings are going through heat stress I believe at 28degrees celsius. How can I get the temps down and is this normal is 28degrees too high?

Should I take some photos? All help would be appreciated

You're right. At first I was using a 125w CFL then yesterday, the beginning of the second week as seedlings, I switched to a MarsHydro 600. During the first week the temps were highest 26°C (78.8 ) Now with the LED the highest temps have reached up to 28°C (82.4) They are beginning to show symptoms of heat stress but I never thought that the temps were extreme for them. Is this heat stress or something else? They started off in Biobizz allmix soil.

where is this heat stress your talking about? they look fine to me, 82 degrees is fine for seedlings just keep the lamp far enough away that they dont get burned but not so far they stretch all crazy like.

The leaves are kind of folding and on the tips some of them are pointing up?

I don't mean to question your intelligence, but why is it blistering though?
Question my intelligence by all means :)
A. Its blistering because it wants to
B.its blistering because you don't want it too
C. I can't really see what you mean by blistering and would generally say they look ok .

look good imo, maybe this "blistering" look you describe is some excess nitrogen that the plant is gonna use for making you some more leaves, as long as new growth is coming in nice and green and continues to grow, I wouldnt worry about it. They are looking good for now though, maybe a picture in natural light will help members to see more clearly if it does have any visible signs that arent showing up in the previous pictures you posted cause I dont see much of a problem..

What is the humidity? My guess is that climate it to dry. Those pictures aren't clear. You need blue/white light for a clear useful picture.
