I have a little purple one going in my little micro fridge grow. Here she is with about a month or so to go.Thanks for the info. Yeah I have to find the link again, but a guy on a different thread sent me one. Seemed legit. Want to grow a really purple, like leaves and all, strain. I want the entire thing dark purple. The link is to a site with mostly purple strains. Why? Cause I think it's cool, and less conspicuous.
And have you tried it?it makes the plant think its in flood conditions, and it starts using its internal reserves to survive, so when you cut it down a week later, most of the stuff that you need the cure to get rid of are already gone.
Yes please do as I'm am curious. There's been one side by done here that I'm aware of. And nope, no downside .not yet, i intend to try it on the next plant i have ready, in about 5 to 7 days. a couple of people who's opinions i respect recommend it, i think its worth trying. whats the down side? i'm harvesting the plant in a week anyway, the worst it can do is cost me a couple of days of growth. the best it can do is cut my curing time by 50% or more.
i'll report how it goes
And id like it on the record: I wasnt debating the reasoning behind killing the roots quickly.we're debating, thats what enlightened minds do, never bicker, debate
In Texas we call that a light snack. Might even put some Louisiana hot sauce on it@rog - Hotter than hell.
@dan Yeah that's one reason it stands out so much. Green Green in a sea of brown!

I love cooking with habeneros. Being a Texan in the Midwest I can never find spicy enough food, Mexican especially. So I have to cook my own so I make it spicyyyy.I tried one and nearly burned my mouth off. Gave two to a Mexican guy I know, he ate em both in about a second. He played it off like they were nothing, but I know damn well they're hot as a mofo, even if they don't win contests.
Rainy and 50s. Shrub looks pissed. Back up to 70s this weekend. 28° predicted 11/11. That may be the day.
