It is a smart pot even says it on the package and its made out of fabric. It supposed to help let the roots breathSo it's a NOT SO SMART POT..... I couldn't resist.
I've never used them but they should be designed with more than enough drainage. Or they really do need to change that name.
I'm confused....!
Its a fabric pot. Wont it drain itself? Soak the fabric? I use buckets so I dont know smart pots. But yes looks over watered. Once you get the soil dry/right its easy to know when to water. Let the plant tell you. What you see now is a heavy droop. Meaning firm stems but droopy leaves. Overwatered. You want a limp/weak droop. The stem and leaves start to droop. Thats the girl calling for water. I water, everything stands up/sticks out. Over a couple days I watch. When the stems and leaves start to droop, I water.
Can u tell me more about ur set up tent size, lights , air flow , soil , feeding, temps and timesHere is a four day pic of my grow. The first pic I watered. Then over the next two pics/days you see the droop start. If you look at the front left girl its obvious. Then in the last pic I watered again. This is 10/11/2016 - 10/14/2016 a four day period.

sorry I was half joking. I didn't mean to confuse you. Anything purchased for growing plants in of any sort should allow for as much drainage as needed for that product. If it doesn't that product is faulty. Personally I wouldn't use them. My plant change locations so I want stronger pots so the medium isn't disturbed.
What do you useNow if you actually buy a bucket it won't have holes because it's not designed to grow plants in. In that case of course holes would need to be drilled.
I've use regular blk planter pots in the past but I thought I was upgrading until know but they have never drained barley at all unless I soaked the shit out emNow if you actually buy a bucket it won't have holes because it's not designed to grow plants in. His set up isn't what you need to know about. What you need to do is use the search bar for grow room design or read marijuana growers guide insiders guide. It's cheap used and an easy read. I promise. There are basic guidelines you need to know. How often air needs to replaced, optimal light/dark temps, etc. Then apply them to the area your working in.Can u tell me more about ur set up tent size, lights , air flow , soil , feeding, temps and times

Link to my journal. I update it with at least one pic every day. I will take it all the way from seed to jar.
Small holes drilled in the bottom.
I have read a lot of that even have my eyes set on a tent n light set up I'm just curious to see what everyone else uses and what their products look like if you know what I meanHis set up isn't what you need to know about. I'm always surprised by how many people don't read up on that before they germinate a seed. I didn't want to risk wasting time by learning as I go. Or simply wasting my time and having to start over. I knew a guy years ago who NEVER ventilated the area and couldn't understand why he got the product he ended up with. Worst thing I've ever seen and talk about wasting months!
I would suggest avoiding any COMPLETE set up. If you're gonna do it be smart and think ahead. Buy quality that will last and buy it in the correct size. But you can't simply do the math and buy the exhaust fan of 200 cfm if your tent is 50 cf UNLESS all it is doing is providing ventilation. If you're going to use it to cool as well then in most cases this will be the more important factor. At least it is for me or I couldn't keep my area anywhere near the proper temperature. Unless I spent more money on A/C. I've still got my first exhaust fan and it's not even in a grow area. It's only use now is in the dry tent.I have read a lot of that even have my eyes set on a tent n light set up I'm just curious to see what everyone else uses and what their products look like if you know what I mean

Either that or a 5x5 with 1000w dimmable hps both have cool tube and the 2. 6in exhaust/intake that are both adjustable.I would suggest avoiding any COMPLETE set up.
