Yeah. A lot of people feel that way about Julian all the way through. Well, since the Manning dump. Assange is a person. It seems he is a deeply flawed person. I think one should strive to seperate the person from the act, or trend, or phenomenom.

Things like wikileaks are central to my worldview. I rely on people spilling their guts if they are ordered to do aberant things. This is because i have seen enough in life to know that bad people with bad ideas exist. Sometimes they do very bad things. But, generally, they cannot get away with too much for too long because people are generally good. You can enlist only so many people into an evil plan for so long. Whistle blowing is a healthy function in society.

Assange crossed over the line a while back. He saw his chance to bust a move and become a celebrity and weilder of influence. He took it. It could have gone better. Chimichangas? Not me.

Leaving would make too many peoples day, especially the uncles. I was just inquiring to as why the rules only apply to newer people. Seems like the owners would want an equal forum for the spread of information/ideas.
