If you happen to share their stance on the $7.7T I would appreciate an answer to how it is not partially the fault of the person who approves the budget. Congress is reponsible for part of it (writing the budget) but not for the costs of executive action orders

So those many states got it 1/2 right and they are truly making inroads. The pity is the federal gov't is so cronyism bound w/ Big Pharma that it will probably still take another 20 years for that to happen at a federal level, if it does at all.
