Ideal LED for a 2x2x5 tent?

I'm looking to make some changes to my setup, currently running a Mars Hydro 300, but after this grow I'd like to get a bigger and better LED. Preferably without building it myself.

Any suggestions? I've read far and wide, some people recommend one brand, others say it sucks, it's really hard to figure out. I really liked the look of Kind leds, but people say they're overpriced shit. I liked Advanced Platinum, people said they're overpriced too..

So.. Any suggestions? :)

Looks very impressive. But how do you know it destroy the mars hydro? The videos both show very high wattage Nextlights. On paper the Hydro and Nextlight have the same wattage.. The one you linked that is. How could it destroy the mars hydro with the same wattage? (Not trying to be a dick, just curious, I'm a complete newb at this)

They will reply, I have emailed them several times about things and they get back to me in less than 2 days. But I am excited that you emailed them and look forward to see what they say. I can't explain PAR and light output etc etc so let the experts do it.

If COBs, a Tasty T1 or T2 will cover that. If legacy-type LEDs, a 300-400, maybe a 600 watt panel. I have a preference for ViparSpectra, but there are other inexpensive/economy-minded and quality/effective panels just the same.

One grow light from another company doing better than a particular MarsHydro fixture is just a matter of finding where the MarsHydro light is lacking and build something that does better. Whether it is PPF (Photosynthetic Photon Flux), PPFD (Photosynthetic Photon Flux Density), CCT(Correlated Color Temperature), CRI(Color Rendering Index), LUX(Luminous Flux), etc.

MarsHydro fixtures tend to focus mostly on the blue and red colors of the Photosynthetically Active Radiation(PAR) spectrum. Going off of NextLight ad campaign information. NextLight is focusing on doing better than HPS and MH bulbs.

Just for the sake of information: PPF is the amount of photons that are emitted from a source per second. PPFD is the amount of photons emitted, from the source at specific distance, per square meter per second. PPF per Watt is just another way to show overall efficiency. To find the PPF per watt divide claimed PPF by the claimed wattage being used.

run a 4 bar or a 6 bar t5 ho setup found for a price around 90-140 bucks warm white for flower cool white for veg you wont wanna look at another led in you're life if u do ;)
