Maximum gpw means running dim, less watts and less light pressure.Out of those two choices, maximum GPW. I really would prefer to only run 8 cobs in the 4x4 if its enough to flower, to save the money not buying 4 or 8 additional cobs.
Maybe only 8 is enough but I think I should run them at 1750mA or 2100mA. Sucks I have an extra 185-1400 laying around and I probably won't use it.
With 4 heatsinks, could I possibly achieve passive cooling?
Maximum grams is running what's needed to crank up the output, even if the overall gpw number falls.
Your 185 1400 isn't a big investment and it will cost much more than that to utilize it. Save it for another project, maybe.
The HLG600 is the option with the most watts, the least number of chips and the lowest number of drivers- all of which drives your overall cost per PARW lower.
