I've been working away from the office the last little bit. Listened to a thrift store CD of The Band I picked up the other day. This has always been one of my favorites. See you guys tomorrow.

Good Afternoon. 1545CST, partly cloudy, 87F {HI 104F} with 79% humidity. Forecast 89/74F with 50% chance of rain. This morning when I left to go to town, I could see the rain a mile down the road. I drove through two major thunderstorms going to town, so I just knew I had lots at the house. When I got back home, I was that was not the case. Maybe a tenth. But about half of the patches did get a good watering.
Then when I left for work just now, this cloud was just to the southwest of the house, moving to the northeast, where it's should water the rest of them.

+9/48 this morning. Feels like fall already. Was supposed to get a thunder shower last night, but that blew right over. We need rain badly. And I really hope this cold weather already isn't a sign of early frost..

Good Afternoon. 1545, mostly cloudy, 89F {HI 105F} with 72% humidity @ Marianna Fl. Forecast 89/74F with 50% chance of thunderstorms. I had a little shower pass over the camp at 0115 this morning, after about 4 hours of thunder and lightning. My 10 day forecast calls for a chance of thunderstorms for the next 10 days. Got to love Dog Days.

Good Morning. 0700, fog, 73F with 98% humidity. Forecast 90/75F with 60% chance of thunderstorms. Early morning for me here at work. I got a little jolt when I went to unlock my office. Almost stepped on a baby Copperhead. After I had spilled a little of my coffee, I did step on his ass for real. It's not uncommon for us to get them from ferns brought in. But it's been a couple of weeks since the last ferns. Maybe a mamma came in? At least it makes a long day interesting.

Hope you have a good day. I'm just about out of here myself. My customers just left, and I'm waiting a few minutes to make sure they didn't forget anything before I have my safety meeting. Then I'm locking up and calling it a day. My wife has gone out with her friends tonight, so I will have the house to myself for a few hours.

Good afternoon. 1215, partly cloudy, 92F {HI 110F} with 65% humidity. We have already passed the forecast high, 60% chance of thunderstorms today and a low of 75F tonight.
It did rain a little at the farm yesterday. Just enough to wet the seat of my pants when I sat in my garden chair for coffee, smoke and sunset viewing last night. My 10 day forecast breakdown is 5/4/1 with thunderstorms/chance of thunderstorms/ partly cloudy. There is lots of stuff out in the Gulf, so maybe we will get some.
Did a little mowing this morning. We are getting plenty of rain for that kind of grass to thrive. From my tractor mp3 heart list. . . .

One of my South Florida cousins just moved to one of the Denver 'burbs. He posts hiking pictures and videos to FB all the time.
I tried smoking {and drinking} at a mile high for the first time when I went out to help Sister and BIL{#2} move back to Florida. We spend a wonderful day in the mountains, and I took lots of pictures. Of which, none were in focus. I did take a small nap in the back of the truck after lunch. That is when you are glad those lakes are so cold.
