But where the hell did the smell disappear ,they where smelling nice until 3 weeks before finish..then it totally vanished...+ where is the resin production...shit it might be my first and last with Overdrive...size yeah ,potent no...if you like to produce bark..for maybe pictures then yep go for it....if you want kick ass buds then do something else...of course its my dumb ass first attempt using it but I must say shit problems like this have never been there before...so I will not take a risk and repeat that trial and expect a different result..

Wtf? Of all things you blame the Overdrive? All it is, is pretty much the exact same shit everybody sells. Something like that isnt going to vanish the smell of your buds. Thats genetics, if anything. Where is the resin? That is genetics too, not the Overdrive.

I use Overdrive. I have used it on every run. Expensive, but it works great. Never had a problem. On the other hand i have run some strains that have done some strange things....

I hate the debate as much as most I imagine but never the less IMO curin is an art that is not properly taught much. There are several ways to get a good fast fade at the end and there are several ways to cure.

Feeding until day before would seem to me like a waste of nutes. How much difference could the last 1 or 2 feeds make.
The nicest weed I've had has come from grows with a slight fade. Just my opinion

yes i cant argue with the fact a proper cure is a dying art, i feel greed and people in it for the money has a lot to do with that chop, dry for 5 days sell lol. as for flush and fade IMO if you run chem nutes you should stop last two weeks run a little extra water for one or two watering and look for a slight fade. ive been running no till with veganic amendments the last year or so and i do not do a so called flush and my plants stay pretty green till the end of life but they do get a bit of a fad and i amend slightly for the next crop.. i run three crops in my soil be for ill switch it out..

Your depth of belief in a myth is kind of disturbing. Your problem is in the amount of time, the quality in practice of curing and of course the proper drying to start the cure.

i dont grow with chems and have no need for flushing products and maybe spend 100 bucks on all the amendments and things i need for teas and can make it all last for three harvest or more...

After you are growing for a really long time, especially if it is the same strain, you start to read that plant like a book. If I flush I can tell my plant fades hard and resin production slows and then the plant finishes just a bit early. That's what I get when I flush and personally I don't want anything finishing early, I actually take other steps to increase resin too. But since I don't want to argue minimum temps and myths I won't even tell you about what temp I go to.

I've been back to 100% organic - water only soils for about 5 years now.
I do my own EWC.
I compost my own (I run a 4 farm organic co-op. NO shortage of compost and do Tea's in Vortex brewer's on field level scales!

As far as MM, I've doing it for decades...

NO, not really. When I played with synthetic's (they do work well - you need to find the proper ways to use), I never really spend all that much more by feeding the last 2 weeks.
You must remember that those last 2 week's are 2 of the most critical weeks in the plants bud development! The "BULKING" phase! Not a good time to remove or even reduce the available nutrient levels!
In plenty of years trying different things....reducing of available nutrient levels = reduced ability of plant to reach potential's!

Their taking ambient temps! Usually at a single height!
