That right there! I'm out in Colorado so have a relatively short season to. I just started most in December-February

I understand that. But first I don't want to start them 6 months earlier because then I would have to have huge pots to start them in and take a bigger risk of breaking roots during transplant. Most southern growers can transplant earlier in the yr then I can causing the plants to explode in growth. That's where it is at right there. The only way around that is a greenhouse and hopefully I will be growing that way in the next two yrs

I didn't veg this all winter or any supplemental lighting. I popped this lady around April 1st and been outside ever since.

I feel you and that's def nice for people who have that option. But if your in a state where you have limited plant count and a short season then starting early is the way to go. Mine were only in 10 gallon smart pots before they got dropped in their large containers on June 1st. They were in those 10 gallon smart pots since early January so crazy root bound which equals no damage when transplanting. At least I've never had problems with it. Next year I'm gonna do like my buddy an start all in December & have them in a minimum of 30 gallon smart pots before they go into their large containers. Out here in Co with our short season he consistently hits 15 pounders. Doing a greenhouse and dropping them in real early would be awesome! I hope you get to do that next year, would be really cool to see!

Ha! I'd be truly scared to see what I could do if I got to drop them early lol

I just love the idea of a greenhouse! Not only can I drop them sooner...I don't have to worry about all the rain we get and I can pull of more per plant so I can have fewer plants. Always a good thing when u live in a pot hating state like this. F.U. gov. SCOTT WALKER!

I love seeing your plants man....I can wait to try out some bigger pots next year....it's so nice when you go down to your plants everyday and see that they have grown and I haven't really been able to do that for a month or so...especially with the 45 gal pots....if I had more soil I would order me one for flower..great job with this gal btw...what the most dry bud u have got and what strain from a single plant
