Gehl has been around for awhile and seem similar to Apollo or Eshine or Evergrow or on and on, Chinese blurple crap.

i saw they are built in 2011(company), so i think that they are crap they would be closed by now..Am I right??
And who makes good blurple leds?

i will just say that the sk400+ has not perforned as advertised for me....it will grow buds...it veg's well..
.i would get PLC, TASTY, and few more etcs from people who make them here..
i would put 250 w of cobs against the 400 and and gigure i would come out on top

well, there is nothing "wrong" with it yet since almost nobody has one & there is not a single published grow or any data to go off of.
Spectrum King has moved from the Cree MKR that was in the SK400+ to something else...
The new white diode in the 600 watt model appears to be a 7mm x 7mm or 8x8mm package. And after an exhaustive search, I cannot find any diode in Crees line up that has this size and is consistent with initial performance data from the SK youtube videos.

-so lets put aside our feelings for the owner of the company & the way he presents and markets his lights, and lets dive into the data about how this light can theoretically perform. That would be my approach.

-we can begin by trying to identify the diodes, or speculate on what diodes and drivers are in it.
so far i see:
( 168 )white diodes, 4000K ? , if not Cree, LumiLeds??
( 24 ) 630 or 660nm XPE
( 4 ) "other" UVA?

Thank you old mother and growmau5 for the info,I've seen your videos and tutorials Growmau5 and respect your opinion so the hunt continues just started growing and still have a few weeks to find flowering lights.oh yeah Growmau5 he mentions you in one of his videos nothing bad was said he said you are doing a good job informing people about lighting.

Hey Im new to LED's. I usually do all of my veg with t5 6500k bulbs. flowering I use hps but this year I think Im gonna let my plants finish outside.

I was if any of the companies are Japanese, and of the Japanese ones what people thought of the lights. I want to stay away from anything made in china. Its hard to know what light is the right light to invest in because Ive never done anything with LED's yet. I plan on using it for autoflowers as well as regular vegetables.

Thanks, I know it may be an odd request, but Im hoping someone has the answers Im looking for.
