When you save money the bank lends it out. It frees up capital for others to use.

My finance degree isn't from one of the elite universities. Although it probably has 90% common course work with an accounting degree when you consider all the first and second year science and liberal arts classes, an accounting degree is valuable from nearly anywhere, and a finance degree is the business college's version of an English Lit major. Didn't know that then.

kmog is looking for something decent in LA and simply doesn't want to pay $100k in taxes to make the down payment. the amount of taxes he would pay just to withdraw his funds is probably greater than the cost of your house. and it will make its way back to you in the form of federal welfare.

It turns out the Anemone Clownfish changes from male to female, in case you needed some help on that. The larger fish in the picture is the female clownfish.

So we now have existence proof that show other animals than you can change sex depending on environmental conditions. The catch is that in order to do so, both organs are present and they are activated by hormonal changes. That's how it works.

Humans need surgery to change. It's not a natural occurrence. Not sure if that means anything or not.
