That plant looks like it needs a drink lol. The key is to soak the hell out of them and then let them mostly dry out and that depends on different shit like how much medium, what kind, how hot it is, air pot or regular pot, size of root system, size of plant, etc. Nobody can tell you that specifically.
Tip, get you some 50 cent cheap Walmart fabric shopping bags bro, which hold about 7-1/2 gal or one cubic ft of soil/soiless mix. When you transplant into them, water them til they are soaked and pick up and feel how heavy it is. Pick it up every day and soon you will know exactly when to water. Once they get 3-4 feet, time to transplant up outdoors, but they will carry big plants indoors. I place them in cheap aluminum roasting pans to catch the overrun. The fabric pots will let the medium quickly pick up all the water it needs. Works for me.
