Repot in good soil and don't water them for a few days to about a week. Then only water when the pot feels light or is dry .
You will have to do it slowly or a little at a time . If they get sunburn now they are done.
Damn near impossible too over water a smart pot just a FYI. Plus way better root growth due too air pruning
