i am a old fart ( 56 ) lol just me and momma (wife) and a couple my daughters that grow with us every year im gender out numbered but have the best crew around for what we do

Don't feel bad, I lived in a house with my mother, grandmother, and 3 sisters for 18 years of my life lol...

Thanks!!! I didnt add any soil or perlite or anything like that. All the hay and red wigglers makes draining awesome.

Thanks. Yeah im done with soil after using just manure lol. I amended the manure tho. The reason I even tried it this way this yr is my mom had me plant one pumpkin seed on top of a manure pile once...id never seen anything like it. 40 foot vines. One pumkin canned 30 quarts. Sooo I thought why not try it on this? Glad I did lol

Oh my... I wish I could! I havent seen this much rain in yrs. We got over two inches just the other day in a hour period!!!

That super sucks! I had to dig a hole in the corner of my holes so that the water fills up the holes and then I can scoop it out. My plants havent learned how to do the back stoke yet sooo if I dont drain them....they will die. Ive been pulling 50-100 gallons of water out of each hole a day!!!!!

Lol!! Plants look awesome as well, getting real bushy. My two blue cheese plants do not like all the rain/cool weather we've been getting they have not grown and started to drop leaves, cmon blue cheese!
