what legal state is the best to live in and why?

I use cannabis medicinally to help with pain and many other issues. Last summer I traveled from Tennessee to Maine, British Columbia, washington, California, Colorado and many other places. It was nice to get some strains I normally couldn't that helped a lot.
But back here in TN it's near impossible to find good herb and most people aren't open minded to it being in the Bible Belt.
Im tired of not feeling okay being who I am because of living in such a judgemental area and have been thinking of moving to a legal state soon.
I didn't really care for any of towns I stopped in in legal states... Mainly just wanting to find somewhere that isn't too crowded or expensive to live to have a laid back lifestyle and grow for myself and maybe more.

I have a house now that would need to sell but would have to tear down a lot of grow setup to get it back in shape. Probably would just leave it and sell it for a good deal.
Want to slim down to all of the grow equipment I have and my clothes and dogs and pack up a Uhaul and move outta here lol.

If you saw the town I lived in you'd understand the wanting to drop and all and move.
Where do you suggest for a young man in his late 20s to live that doesn't get too hot or cold (triggers pain) and has friendly open minded people? Thanks for reading!

Easily California for the weather. And the cannabis. And the job market is booming out here. And theres not enough cannabis to fill the shelves. And the Warriors are going to be world champs again!!! This question is too subjective. It depends on your education/abilities/work experience, and whether you're looking for schools for a family, etc...

You can't just move somewhere and expect to build a life easily.

I mean its not like your going to be moving to down town San Francisco. Although that would be awesome, they want you to garden there too. Depends on what you want really and where. There are epic places to rent right now, where the land lord wants you to grow cannabis. California is the best place on earth right now!!!

I know someone who bought a double wide there for 80K. Their property taxes are cheaper than here. Is that super expensive? They're not on the coast but you can drive to the ocean in 45 minutes...and you're warm all winter.

Idk I got that impression from my parents when they lived there, and my brother who lives in LA. But I'm sure la is waaay more expensive than say, Lancaster...

I actually am looking into moving as well... Where I'm at if they kick in my door I'm getting the chair if they don't shoot me on the spot lol

Your very right. I am disabled atm bit hope to be able to work part time soon. I'm 28 and like outdoor hobbies and meeting new people. So a more open and friendly Area is what I'm looking for. I realize it will be hard to start a life anywhere you go but am looking for somewhere that has good vibes. This town does not and I've traveled to a lot of places that did. Just trying to get more input from new people on the topic.

That's pretty neat! I've been through San Francisco and it's way too busy for me but was fun. Really looking for a quiet town oitside of a bigger city. I'll look T sanfransiscos surrounding towns!

Until it's legal on a federal level I'd say none is better than the other. Get the wrong guy in office on a federal level and they can seize everything. Federal law supersedes state law. THIS IS WHY MANY BANKS WONT KNOWINGLY ACCEPT MONEY FROM PEOPLE IN THE TRADE. They could be considered part of a conspiracy at any moment. This could allow them to basically freeze all that banks money and lead to a lengthy court battle.

Pretty expensive. It's super cheap here, one thing id miss. Could buy a double wide on 5 acres for cheap

I am mainly just really unhappy living in he Bible Belt... And looking for basically the opposite of that lol. It's always nice loving on a coast, and I've missed that since moving here from Florida.
Having these 2 dogs is really the hardest part of trying to move. They're like my kids but whatever decision I make has to put them first. Both pits.

Unless it's rural you'll have trouble moving anywhere with them. So many cities have bans now.
