Its owned and run by one of thomas kellers old head chefs, shawn. Its really good and not too serious. I mean its on 6th st so ya gotta expect a little bit of a funky vibe. The skate wing is also pretty good if its on the menu. Oh and he does a tomato month when the local tomatoes get good. Oh shit, and the steak tar tar is amazing too but i dont know if thats approved for pregos. never been to the brooks ranch...

The pig monster in question got a whopping four years in prison in exchange for destroying this boy's life...when will enough be enough, people? "Serve and PROTECT", EH?
Maaaannnnn, I try my hardest - and some days its DAMNED hard - to be a mellow and non-violent man, but I've gotta say, I hope and pray that the uniformed demon spends each and every second of his prison term being repeatedly raped, violently, culminating in a possible bludgeoning/decapitation.

Ha. Ya i yelped it and it looked like a diner lol. There is something to be said for a good greasy spoon diner though
most of them have been going down hill though lately. Prices are stupid high in most places. Like 10 bucks for bacon, eggs, toast, and hash browns. Food cost = 75 cents. Meal with orange juice = 14$+tip.

I've been to parkside a few times already, definitely love that place. I know the chef, I did a few classes with him at the culinary school at wfm a few years back when I was an instructor. He did the demo/class and I cooked and served all his food in the boh. good dude. We pounded whiskey shots one time after the class.
Good call though, I'll see if they have a table.
