Dismissed sounds like dropped.
'Overturned' sounds like an appellate court intervened and 'changed' the original decislon.
If you're going to practice law...you should strive for accuracy...but that's up to you.

i think i need to start looking for another lawyer soon.. last time we had court i dont think he had a shower in 3 weeks and before we even walked in he asked me if he could sleep in the back seat of my truck

Dropped is different than overturned...

except in a bar room discussion where one doesn't require the same level of legal precision.

It's my opinion that people are trolling the thread more than they are trolling Fin. In years past some members have been mean spirited and directed misplaced aggression more towrds our man Fin. Things have shifted plenty, which is important - otherwise he may not work his magic here regularly. It may be difficult for others to admit, but they have gained respect for the guy that they may not have had before. This is why Finshaggy is my lawyer and not some other hack. In this day and age it's difficult to find a professional attorney with spiritual connections, who actually knows what they are doing. 10,000$/ year to keep an attorney on retainer, of Fin's caliber, is a bargain.

Yeah, it used to be a lot worse. People don't like someone to have their own opinions or to challenge the status quo, and I was the first and still may be the only person that supports growing Marijuana using Epigenetic technique. That really made some people mad, because the plants look weak, but it's all about creating a strain, not necessarily making good Flowers the first grow.

Due to, for instance, a lack of evidence...a Prosecutor/State's Attorney/US' Attorney will "dismiss/drop" charges/case against a defendant.

Due to a miscarriage of justice, for example, improper judicial application of binding precedent...an Appellate Court (whether state or federal) will "Overturn" a lower courts conviction.

I did have some suffering inflicted on me by the system. But since they served me macdonalds and I saw my responsibility in the situation, I've since moved on. But thank you for your concern.

overturn is a completely different term.. if you were found guilty and appeal.. and win, the case is overturned.. not dropped or dismissed.

haha. I've been known to put plants thru a lot of stress. i can't help but wonder what happens to them suckers under a varied stress. plus, like u said, when creating a strain, you must know which ones will hermaph, auto flower, or whatever else kind of response they may have. In general, I'm probably a better breeder than grower. I think epidemics is an interesting topic.
