Here is an example of what Trump is trying to do. But his is civil and about the judge instead of the lawyer.

Cuyler v. Sullivan :: 446 U.S. 335 (1980)
" But it held that a criminal defendant is entitled to reversal of his conviction whenever he makes "`some showing of a possible conflict of interest or prejudice, however remote. . . .'" Id. at 519, quoting Walker v. United States, 422 F.2d 374, 375 (CA3) (per curiam)

Also, another example that everyone would know about.
That Clerk that wouldn't let gay people get married, everyone thinks that she has a Freedom of Religion, but the Separation of Church and State exists in America because in many Historical instances (and even in some places today), the Church was the State. So, the State (Government Employees) can't show favor to any Religion (Secular Government). So that all Religions can practice freely.

And Muhammed Ali's case, he objected the war in Vietnam. And the difference between say him and The Honourable Elijah Muhammed (one of the 2 founding members of the Nation of Islam, who Objected to the WWII draft) is that Muhammed Ali not only said that he disagreed with the war, but that he disagreed with all war. While The Honourable Elijah Muhammed disagreed on the grounds that he would not fight with the Infidel. And since Congress has the Right to raise an army, you have to be against all wars, even theological war, in order to not be drafted. And while Muhammed Ali and The Honourable Elijah Muhammed both disagreed with the war on Religious grounds, Ali's ground was the Constitutionally correct ground, which is why Ali's charges were dropped.

its a no namer though so i wouldnt get it.. but every brand has oil rubbed bronze. theres even an oil rubbed bronze spray paint thats actually decent, i did all my cabinet knobs with it to match my kitchen faucet... you want moen or delta. they are both lifetime and actually work
only thing with oil rubbed bronze is the color wears after a while, but if its moen or delta.. just call em and theyll replace it

Charges were not 'dropped'. The conviction was overturned by an 8-0 decision of the US Supreme Court. Part of the basis of that 8-0 decision was J. Edgar Hoover's illegal FBI wiretaps and surviellance. I lived through those times.
