What church was that? Do you have a citation for the case they won?
Hopefully you're not referring to the Church of Neuroscience case you posted a link to earlier. That was brought by Jeremy Kerr, not the Church. And it was Dismissed, as was all of Mr. Kerr's other frivolous lawsuits.

Not sure if you knew this, but he passed away 2 months ago. Sorry for your loss.

He said he's going to try to practice law without admittance to the bar because religion. I hope he starts in Federal Court, they love that shit and are very patient and tolerant.
well you can tell.. he obviously really knows his stuff. he's been googling his little heart out. no way someone who went to school, practiced law, takes life seriously and wears a snazzy suit wont take him seriously.

He failed to present the Merits, I'm talking about the underlying investigation case, there is no public record because it was dismissed and the items returned. I already made sure my case can not be considered frivolous, it is a case as per the case or controversy Clause.

And I have tons of case law, he is a Doctor, but he isn't much of a legal person. But he since talked to the FDA and they gave the Church advice. And btw, he is the founding pastor of the church.

For example, he could have Cited Gonzales V O Centro, mentioned the Free Exercise Clause and Title 42 Chapter 21B, but instead he just said they took his inventory.
