Ok, let's add a few real tips ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

Different light timings give different genetic expression, take 2 clones (same mom) flower one under 12/12, flower the other under 10/14 and watch how differently they grow, the smoke will be different as well.

Tis Sulfur that feeds the trics

Tis Minerals that feed the terps

Tis Deep Blue light that grows trics

Tis UV light that increases potency

When breeding it is crosses of known cousins that give the best results

@RM3 , could you dona quick recap on the boiling water technique you do, I'm harvesting real soon and I want to try it out on 1 plant. When I see someone who has the proof in the pudding but I'm still sceptical I'm not so near sighted that I won't try it for myself before I knock it... Enlighten me

Oh and I'll report back with my results and you just may have 1 more crazy ol hippy doing "wacky" shit to his plants

We had Ridfest last summer but prolly not this year as the state is cutting down on outdoor MJ gatherings. Why the HT cannabis cup was cancelled here this year.

We'll simply have more gatherings at the homestead LOL

Nothing to it, when ready to harvest simply water em with boiling water, then wait 3 to 5 days leavin em under the lights and watch em fade. The variable in days is strain related some will fade faster than others. Once you are happy with the fade chop em, dry em, jar em just like any other harvest

You have to come to the Springs and have some get togethers at the Lazy LION or the Pot Hole. You can bring you own weed and they have sofas, big screens, live music, a food truck and $2 dabs for happy hour. These clubs are like 4/20 ALL YEAR and the coolest atmosphere.

Here's how to possibly improve quality with a few days of darkness, by cutting the stems and putting them in water with sucrose in it. They'll burn up all stored starch within 24 hours, so nothing good could happen after that. BUT what if you feed them with sucrose? Roots can't absorb much sucrose but cut stems can. See this page about cut flowers. You'd have to keep the concentration low though, or it will pull water out of the stems by osmosis. Usually 5% or less is safe. However, to get rid of the sugar you should put them in pure water for 12-24 hours at the end. It would make the buds less harsh and less susceptible to mold.

It's supposed to keep them alive while in darkness for several days. Now I don't know if it would increase potency, haven't tried it yet. It's something to try though. I'll do it myself soon with just one stem. Probably won't help anything but something to try just to see what happens.

The dispensaries are behind the moratorium on the A64 clubs. They have to shut down but they gave them a few years so the existing clubs can recover their investments. Independent growers donate product to the clubs so you can find better quality than a dispensary. Its what A64 is all about and I support this model because it is true freedom.
