Just don't leave your house.
I only leave my house for work which is 1.5 miles away. Almost Each day they follow me into a neighborhood and then cruise at about 5-10 miles an hour past me about 2-6 times as I go in to work.

Anyone who doesn't wear a badge, that is clearly harassment, hopefully I have some kind of case but I'm not sure cause its hard to accuse police about anything, even when I know they are being corrupt

Ah man... im Canadian but went to school for law... no worries fellas im a pipe layer no narc. There really isnt anything you can do now. The ONLY thing i would suggest is that you get your self a dash cam... and record them following you... interacting with u... doing anything that you think might b considered harrasment.

Once you have evidence of this then you start to build your case... this is JMO

Here is how to file it:

to write it

Plaintiff (you and your address)
V
Defendant (them their address)

Statement of facts:
On this date of this month this happened...

Claim:
What laws or rights were violated

Whereby the Plaintiff Prays the Court:
What do you want them to do.

Then get it notarized at a bank and take it to the Civil Clerk.

No need to get snippy dude. Were all just trying to help.

Go burn one...chill
Wasn't getting snippy, at least not at you guys.
Its like this.
I've lived in this town for 20ish years. The last ten years, off and on when I've been in this town I've gotten into "legal trouble" like what I said before. I move away from this town, nothing, no cops no harassing.
I moved back here for one year (almost exactly a year ago) since then I've been pulled over twice in a car when I was a passenger, I've been searched three times when I refused to allow them to search, I stated that there was no probable cause and no valid reason to warrant a search, got searched anyway.

And then now twice, I've been ticketed for possession of marijuana when it was absolutely not in my possession, and I got ticketed for paraphernalia when it wasn't even mine in the first place.
A very frustrating time for a young Mexican in a white town (the Black's out number me 5-1 as there is one family of 5 black folk in this whole town)

So that's where I am. I appreciate the help as it is going to make it a bit easier to do.

@Finshaggy

Is that something I need a lawyer to help me with? I'm torn between just saying fuck it (again for the millionth time...) And having my parents drive me to work and home for breaks, or putting my foot down and saying ten years is too fucking long these corrupt people need to be taken care of in a legal way, at least I can besmirch their name and tarnish the image of them, already I have filed two formal complaints against them

Also, read up on Habeas Corpus and how it works in your State. Also, you may want to look in to taking it to Federal Court

28 U.S. Code § 1331 - Federal question
The district courts shall have original jurisdiction of all civil actions arising under the Constitution, laws, or treaties of the United States.

First, read the 4th and the 14th Amendment and as many cases as you can surrounding them. 4th is no seizure, 14th is equal protection. The 5th Amendment also has an equal protection clause, it is the only clause repeated twice in the Constitution. So you can bring that up in a court room.

Then also read your State's Culpability Law, see what it means to really be in possession of something.

Then, possibly look in to RICO law, and what are called Public Corruption cases. This is where Public officials or officers get charged with RICO cases.

This sounds like something I should be showing a lawyer to help me then.

How much of a case do you guys think I actually have, in all honesty? Lawyers aren't cheap, in my mind obviously I have an easily winnable case, but legality wise, would it actually stand up? Is there other info I can give you guys that would make it a bit easier to figure that out? I appreciate everything that's been said so far, really helpful, and at the very least it picks me up from this absolute low I'm feeling.
Wish it was super easy to file a restraining order against the whw police force lol

idk if youre a grower or not but if you are this is probably the worst idea of all time. If you're not a grower it's still a really really bad idea.

Mike, you may be correct; however, you have nothing. You'd have to build a case, you'd have to plan and determine what you need what kind of evidence etc. That's a full time job. Then you'd have all that time before a court date, then trial time. Further, if the cops are indeed corrupt, they'll be free or their friends with ample time to make your life miserable. Like Croc said you'll just make things way damn worse
