And if you take it to a high enough court they do make good rulings. Just expect city, county and state to completely reject the argument, and be pleasantly surprised if they do take it. But in Federal court your Rights are forefront if there is any Federal Question of Rights.

Just thought I would post this here since it is on the Topic, and can be used as an example.
I filed a lawsuit against the Police Department, Service of Process (They got served), a Motion for Return of Property and now they have released my Neurospiritual Property. They told me to come pick it up whenever I want.

Cops have to work within some frame of law, even if they are dirty, they have that limitation. You don't. Figure it out.

So I ended up needing my money for something more important when I went to court and had no lawyer.
The judge waited til the very end to call me and then took like 5 minutes looking at my record before even saying anything. He said he'd let me off with a 150$ fine, on top of the $150 bond I already paid. And court supervision, whatever that actually effects, I'm not sure.
I lost my shit man, it took everything in me not to start yelling at him.
Basically, I told him that I felt harrased, stalked and singled out. Yes he had seen me a few months ago, for something that was clearly not my fault. I pointed out how everything that I had for possession of marijuana came from that exact town, and never anywhere else. I told him I couldn't afford a lawyer for any of those things, but I was saving to move out of state cause I felt so threatened and harassed by them.
He let me off without the fine, just the bond money already paid and the court supervision.
He said he hoped I had a good move and that he didn't want to see me in the courtroom (basic stay outta trouble stuff)
I should have said if he did see me again it would be for a harassment charge against them lol
