Against these redneck hillbilly pigs... I mean cops... I mean fuckers who abuse the badge....

Anyone have any tips, or can offer any help?

Got pulled over a while ago, didn't give permission to search, my buddy might have, but there was no probable cause.
Now today, I see one of those same puercas five (5, CINCO!!! pinche times) on my 1.5 mile walk to work, which includes a very indirect winding route through a neighborhood. Got pulled over last year, no probable cause no nothing. Did not give permission to search, got pulled out of the car and put in cuffs because of some salsa Verde/cilantro on my shirt. Buddy who was driving had a shit ton of paraphernalia and weed, I should not have been charged as nothing was in my possession. I got charged with possession and paraphernalia.

They've filed false paperwork which resulted in me spending a week in. Jail and doing community service for 8 days (after I did. The 3 day cs I was assigned and turned paperwork in for)

They planted evidence on me as I was driving home from work, confiscating a work digital scale as marijuana paraphernalia

These are events that have happened over the course of 5-8 years. I'm not sure how much I can do to help my cause. My main focus is building a case that shows that they have been corrupt and misdocumenting things. I'm not sure if I should just swallow my pride and flee this town, these cops are a main reason I am trying to move 989 miles away from home.
I feel I have PTSD or some kind of psychological damage because of it. I get real real fucking shaky whenever I see any of them. Other cops from other cities, I know and they are friendly to me. I am so scared of even walking through my own town!

I was thinking that I'd totally fuck with them and incite them to try something again by buying a cigarello and walking down the street smoking it! I'm kinda scared about doing that

I'm not sure. Whatever I can legal throw at them. Stalking, harrasment. I wanna have a restraining order against them.
I know its a long shot but I'm tired of being walked on and having to go to court for false papers, planted evidence, illegal searches which result in other peoples things getting me a $850 ticket.

I'm really not sure. Just anything I can throw at them. I know I'm going to have to see a shrink, if I had more money I'd have been seeing a shrink already and have receipts showing the courts that I am incruing monetary damages as well as court and psychological damages

If you're in the car with dope and pipes even if they aren't yours you can and probably will be charged for them. Now why your friend didn't say that the things were his when you went to court shows you should reevaluate your acquaintances. It's not harassment for the police to drive down the same roads you are walking. It sounds like the judge and prosecutor will be laughing you out of the court room. Then the police are gonna remember you for the rest of the time you live there. Good luck. Sometimes taking a loss is the best hand to play. Next thing we know you'll be on the news for getting killed after you "grabbed for their gun". Best bet is to move suing the police for some minor ass shit like this aint ever gonna work out in your favor.

Even when I'm in the passenger seat and nothing is in reach of me?

My parents were gonna call the mayor and talk to him, not sure what good that will do.
There should be an easy to find paper trail which shows that they falsified the papers to put me in jail for 5 days. I'm thinking if I can prove that they have done that in the past, that that can show they will do it now

How did they falsify paperwork to put you in jail for 5 days?

Hate to tell you Mike, but that is very naive thinking. Traffic stop, search, paraphernalia. What was falsified? For a mild misdemeanor like that there will be no conflicting evidence remaining

I had run a stop sign and the east st Louis police never sent the paperwork for my court date. When i missed it, they sent me the new papers so I went to court, go assigned 2-3 days community service, which I did AT THE POLICE STATION. I finished, turned the paperwork into the court and got a paper that said I was clear and done with it. One month later a cop followed me to work and when I was a block away jumped out and tackled me, saying I had a warrant for the sign, and then arrested me and put me in jail
I spent 5 days in jail, got out and had to do 8 days of community service, for the original "running the stop sign"

They have searched after having no evidence of anything and being denied the right to search. Then they still search. I got stopped walking home one day. The cop asked me four times if he could search, I denied him each time. He still searched me
