if you want to hemi a female spray it with GA3 after harvest maybe cut one early

they`ll veg and boom all stretched and if your lucky you can shock them to make male pollen, easy way to get pollen that will produce a high level of females, I`d just avoid doing it to a strain like Kali mist for example as that can sometimes hermi anyway

I had to stress my plants last year to get some males. I guess I had 15 plants starting to flower, and topped the living shit out of all of them but the 4 CP plants. I got two males that I used, Slo1 and GV5, and one that I didn't. One of the 12 that finished, Slo3, had one set of pollen sacks on an otherwise fully budded female. I had already got her good with the Slo1 pollen when I saw the sacks. I pinched them off and dug her up and moved her to a new location. I'm treating the seeds from her with kid gloves. The last thing I want is to continue a line if it has a Herman problem. I do have some of the seeds sprouted, and about half of them have a crumpled leaf. They are also much slower growing than the Slo2 seeds that I sprouted at the same time. I've culled them back to two plants, {one straight leaf and one crumpled leaf} but I do want to grow them out and see what they do. I'm going to pair them with plants I don't have a high regard for though.

I know. I'm going to try to breed everything, then sort it out later. I'm afraid if I skip something, it will turn out to be the keeper in the bunch.

Last night just at dark I got over to check on the 5 CP1, 10 Slo2 and 2 Slo3 plants. Three of the cups had been pulled out of the ground. One of the CP1 plants was already growing sideways. I got them re-buried and gave them all a drink. We were supposed to have rain, but all I got was a few sprinkles. I also stepped on one of the little Slo2 plants. It was too well hid. I think it will be alright.

The last rounds of seeds are up and doing well. I have 8 of 9 GV1, 8 of 9 GV2 and 13 of 16 BST.


My next planting is going to be smaller. It's going to get crowded in a hurry. I have another spot I'll be using to hold them until they are ready to transplant.

14 of the 16 BST seeds are up. If the first couple of days above dirt are any guide, this strain is going to be a fast grower. I added potting soil yesterday and today trying to keep up with them. But then the GV1 & GV2's were doing the same. Might just be more sun this week, or the Slo's might be Slo in more than name.

I also planted a 6 pack of CP1 seeds this morning. Had planned on GV4 since I was on a GV streak, but when I got out my seeds, there were only 4 GV4 seeds and I already had the 6 pack of soil ready. I will be getting some seeds back from BIL, so there might be a couple from the sample I gave him.

Do you have them in full sun from the get go? Any wind protection? I like your style far as I can tell. Our environment is very similar, patch locations too. I'd like to mirror your grow for my first serious experience. Cool with you that I ask questions along the way that have been answered a million times in just as many ways? Some people get pissy. I hope you see it as a sign of respect.

I would be glad to answer any questions. I start my seedlings outdoors, and they stay about a week here. There is some shade early and late, but they get good southern sun for most of the day.




Then I move them to someplace like this for about 3 weeks. {more or less according my schedule and how they are growing} Again they are in good southern sunshine, but they will be competing with weeds soon. I will feel better when there are a few more weeds about.

Last night I stayed at the camp. And instead of just staring into the fire, I got some work done. Got name tags and lanyards made for Slo2, Slo3 and CP1 plants.



And just because para-cord has a very low melting point, that does not mean that molten para-cord is not hot.

I was waiting for daylight this morning at my holding grounds. I moved the GV1, Gv2 and BST plants. I had thought about hiking the Slo's back to where they were going to go, but decided I didn't have enough time. So it's getting way overcrowded. There are 5 CP1, 10 Slo2, 2 Slo3, 8 GV1, 8 GV2 and 14 BST plants there. I just left the GV's in the tray for now.

Planted pines. My area is about 70% pine trees and 30% farm land. Most of the land I used to farm is now planted in pines. But my trees are older, and I sell my pinestraw, so no chance of growing on my land.

The buried pot in the plantation is a stellar idea.

It helps with water retention, keeps critters from knocking them over and makes it harder to see. I've slowly learned from all the years I did things wrong.

I only say that in my parts,some plant's tree's like that,alway's come back to prune-spray- look around I stay clear of plantation
