Any of you Guys into freeze curing? I tried in a small batch (1 oz) last time and it worked great but I've not tried it in a large batch yet. I'm going to put the chopped and trimmed material into a hanging screen set and let it dry for about 5 days or so until the stem snaps in a 70F / 50 RH environment then move to brown paper bags and into the frost free freezer for 30 days. After this I'll put it in jars or my humidor. The small batch I tried this on last time had a great taste and high. Any of you lads do this method?
