Gorilla seedbank review

so I was reading a lot of negative things on here about gorilla seeds and their service. but I'd figured id try them because grow weed easy said they were a good bank. and they had a good selection. plus I really liked the look of Tutankhamon. so I ordered 5 seeds and got the discreet shipping since I live overseas. well this morning I had an email saying they didn't have my seeds in stock and that I could get 10 of another seed or wait for my 5. I called ( which I hope didn't cost anything from where I am) and they said that it would be until middle of next week until they got some, but if for some reason they didn't they'd send another e mail. I don't mind waiting. but my complaint is how can you sell a seed you don't have. maybe on the site you should say currently out of stock before you take my money. if I had known that I may have looked elsewhere for what I wanted. but know you have my money and I have to wait indefinitely. somewhat annoying.

I hate the way they handle this too.

Tutankhamon is one of our most popular seeds right now and we can't seem to keep it in. They'll tell you 5 days just in case it takes that long, but it rarely does. I bet it ships out before then.

I'm going to PM you so I can get your order number and keep an eye on it - maybe I can even speed things up a little.

I made a 220 dollar order and never got a package from gorilla seeds, been trying to sort things out with customer service, but it looks like nothing is going to happen.

I normally been ordering from attitude every 3 month for the last 4 years, but i was thinking that gorilla seeds has a better price so why not try something new, i was wrong to switch.
All i can say from my experience, don't order from gorilla seeds
I haven't heard back from you, so I'm going to send you a PM.

I'm going to guess that you didn't include stealth on your order & you had a problem with customs. They're taking a harder line on people not adding stealth to their orders & asking for replacements, but I may be able to get you an exception as a forum member. However, I can't do anything at all without your order number.

this place is just sketchy. they use a bank in China. they sell seeds they don't have. I was told 5 days. then I was told they might not get them at all. just bad business all around. I've canceled my order and they said it would be 2 weeks until I got my money back. I will keep everyone updated on how that goes. but I will call my bank and file a complaint as well. hopefully I wont be out of the hard earned money I spent. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

About 12 hours ago, I told you in one message that we were afraid they may be permanently out & if so we would offer you a refund. I had also told you I would ask for more free seeds and for them to expedite your order if possible. I even offered to mail you clones from the Tutankhamon's I have coming for myself if all else failed.

Within about 10 minutes of telling you that we might be out, I sent you another PM telling you I was told to email the supplier directly & told you you would know as soon as I got the answer.

I had the answer waiting for me when I got up - they are completely out as of today, but expect more in next week as you were originally told. The reason for the delay is that Pyramid is changing up their packs - the new 3 packs will have 1 bonus seed, the new 5 packs will have 2 bonus seeds. Now, I wish I'd waited to order my own.

The reason for the Chinese bank is that no US bank will work with a seed company because it's illegal for them to do so - it's considered money laundering in the states. People outside of the UK were begging us for a credit card solution - so we gave them what we could.

I'm sorry if you feel like we're shady, but you also joined this community for what appears to be the sole purpose to complain about us. I hope you stick around & become part of the family here because Rollitup is an awesome place with awesome people - but you don't know us as a company at all. I'm very sorry you had a bad experience with us, but you didn't really give us time to resolve your problem or even give you the full answer.

You have my full apologies & I'm more than willing to make this right with you to the extent of what I'm allowed to do or can get management to agree with.

No problem - as I mentioned, I think we'll have fresh stock in next week - and fresh is always a good thing, right?
Plus, as I also mentioned, the new packs are supposed to have bonus seeds in them which is good too.

I'll make sure they know you want to wait. If you get the same out of stock email, just reply letting them know you're talking to me & you're happy to wait.

sherry, you told me that you looked like you were out for good. and all of this is way more hassle than I've ever been through when getting seeds. I joined this community to research your company. and when I ordered I posted on here to review my experience. its not my fault it was a bad experience. and to top it all off. I canceled last night and the woman I talked to said she couldn't do it but would let the manager know when they came in. I got online to check the status of my order and it wasn't canceled. not only that but there was a charge of almost 50 dollars for 2 seeds I never even ordered!!!!!!

My last message to you last night - and you replied afterward - was that I was told to contact the supplier to make sure and I would get you a definite answer soon. The previous answer about them being out permanently was from the owner & what he "thought" the case was. He was saying he'd give you a full refund if that was the case. I'm sorry that wasn't clear - I should have been more precise with my answer.

The rest of it I can't speak to because I wasn't involved - I will forward your comments on to management for review. .

I'm sorry your experience wasn't a good one - it's not what I like to see.

So i replied to the email as i have no problem with this but as of yet have not heard back to let me know it is going ahead. I dont think i can message you here so i will wait for a response from you.

No complaints or anything like that, Just trying to find out if it is going ahead.

Thanks for saying - especially today - we just made the decision to go put our cat to sleep today.
She's 18 years old & has been pretty healthy until the past few weeks.
Her kidneys are failing and she's gotten weaker every day until now she can't stand.

The hard part is that she still seems there mentally - just her body is failing her.

So, 2:40 PM appt today ....

She's 18 years old & has been pretty healthy until the past few weeks.
Her kidneys are failing and she's gotten weaker every day until now she can't stand.

The hard part is that she still seems there mentally - just her body is failing her.

So, 2:40 PM appt today ....
Sorry to hear that I had to do that a few years ago with my dog that was around with me since I was a young age but she was well beyond a dog's life span it's a very hard thing to do but then you realize it's better to let them go then watch them suffer

I don't get the whole " stealth" thing.. If I pay for a product ..I expect you to deliver it, stealth should be a given.
