this place is just sketchy. they use a bank in China. they sell seeds they don't have. I was told 5 days. then I was told they might not get them at all. just bad business all around. I've canceled my order and they said it would be 2 weeks until I got my money back. I will keep everyone updated on how that goes. but I will call my bank and file a complaint as well. hopefully I wont be out of the hard earned money I spent. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
About 12 hours ago, I told you in one message that we were afraid they may be permanently out & if so we would offer you a refund. I had also told you I would ask for more free seeds and for them to expedite your order if possible. I even offered to mail you clones from the Tutankhamon's I have coming for myself if all else failed.
Within about 10 minutes of telling you that we might be out, I sent you another PM telling you I was told to email the supplier directly & told you you would know as soon as I got the answer.
I had the answer waiting for me when I got up - they are completely out as of today, but expect more in next week as you were originally told. The reason for the delay is that Pyramid is changing up their packs - the new 3 packs will have 1 bonus seed, the new 5 packs will have 2 bonus seeds. Now, I wish I'd waited to order my own.
The reason for the Chinese bank is that no US bank will work with a seed company because it's illegal for them to do so - it's considered money laundering in the states. People outside of the UK were begging us for a credit card solution - so we gave them what we could.
I'm sorry if you feel like we're shady, but you also joined this community for what appears to be the sole purpose to complain about us. I hope you stick around & become part of the family here because Rollitup is an awesome place with awesome people - but you don't know us as a company at all. I'm very sorry you had a bad experience with us, but you didn't really give us time to resolve your problem or even give you the full answer.
You have my full apologies & I'm more than willing to make this right with you to the extent of what I'm allowed to do or can get management to agree with.
