I'm relatively new to the site but from my experience and the experience of other people I know it's all on preference do you want to go for speed or do you want a low plant count low plant count operations a longer veg time is required to yeild a pound per se but if you veg 40 plants just long enough to get an 0 of of each plant you would harvest over 2 lbs so in theory if you had 20 clones veg for 1 month then you could harvest a lb in 12 weeks if you were growing an 8 week indica

For my preference all I really want is fast buds with less time then the 3 months.
So let me reword my question.
Can I yield the same as 2 medium plants that vegg for a month as to growing with 10 or more short plants? Short as in 1-3ft at least

Hey bro just found your thread,I quite like this question I personally believe you'l get more from your 10 plants if topped once or twice but ive found in my grows with organics when I did this my quality varied as each plant uptake of nutrients was different,ive found having 2-4 medium plants that you've trained tied topped and tied sum more and ive managed to keep the quality of my bud the same or as near to a grade as possible,in saying all this I use H&G line of nutrients,all the best in ur decision bro

I do plan on lst. So I think I am going to run my 10 plants and tie them down. Since they will be short I think they will fit in my tent.
My tent is a 36x36x48. What do you think?

You should have plenty of height bro how much width you'll use depends on how wide you want to train them out,I tend to start training about 2weeks after my clones take root and veg along side fim/lst like hell for about 6weeks-2 months but my next run im going for 4months of veg.

I have to start from seed since I don't have a mother rn to clone from.
I need to see how much actual width I have when my tent comes in. It should be here by next week or the week after at the latest.

Here are my day 7 girls.
The 2 girls in the middle are doing just fine after I gave them the big bloom nutes. I just gave all of them water yesterday.

Cheers bro yeah they doing alright I expect 6-7oz dry,I run northern lights big bud,holy grail,money maker/master kush my tent is 1m square by 2m tall its alright for my 400w hps but ive often thought of going too a 600w just to try and get a easy 10-12oz, be careful giving ya babies nutes you can damage them real easy being that young bro id wait till they get to there 3rd to 4th set of leaves

Damn 600. That's double what you can get with a 400.
This is my first hid light so I'm just gonna run this 400 for awhile.
I just wanted to do a test run with the big bloom because a foxfarm person said you can use it throughout all grow stages. Even the foxfarm chart says I can feed seedlings. But I only give it a little less then half strength.

Cheers bro much appreciated im all about dialing in my nutrients and getting my quality perfect not that ive delved much into saying anything about it,oh and slightly less nutrients is more bro especially across different strains ive found what works for my northern lights dosnt for my holy grail,also try and keep a record of how much you feed and when, itl give you a good starting point for if anything goes wrong over the course of ya grow with feeding.haha wish I had been told all this when I first startd lol

Thats a hard 1 for me too gauge for you as Im unfamiliar with your strains but id go around 70% amber I run about 40%milky and 60% amber and that usualy enough to mix up too destroy my soul and more so my mates but that only my northern lights and ive got a good eye for her since ive run my last 5-6 grows with northern lights

Here is a updated pic of my day 9 girls.
They are all looking well.
My temp when the lights go out drop to 68 degrees. And when the lights are on the Temps are 81-82. I leave my closet door open at night when I sleep because if it's closed the Temps get up to 90°. I have to deal with this till my tent and fan come in.
