The incentive for them is if they dont get off their asses and work that they will be poor. If the government removes that incentive by giving them what they want without work then they will take it.

I am voting for me today, I dont want another politician raising taxes on the productive to subsidise the unproductive. Do you know what the uneployment rate is among college graduates right now? Bernie wants to tax the shit out of employers so he can offer free college to a bunch of students who will not have jobs when they get done with their free education....
