First of all, dirt is reusable. You just add more amendments before you replant.im tired of buying dirt tired of wondering if the ph in my soil is 6.5 i know how to test ph of soil just dont think its very reliable then i got to move pots her and there flush then worrie some moor about my ph just dont want to fuck with soil no moor plus it takes to long to rise or lower ph in soil hassle to me and ph seams to always be my prob......with dwc you only got to top off the the water as it drops then every 7 to 10 days add new fresh water to it making sure its ph-ed then do it again next tie you refresh the water thats my understanding of it but im just now reading up on it and from what i read its less hassle then soil...
PH? If you run organic soil, ph is mostly insignificant. If you want to test the ph of your soil, you test runoff or buy a soil ph meter.
You also don't need to flush on soil if you do it right. I assume you're using bottled nutes?
What's funny is that you're bitching about all the things that accompany soil... But they don't. Hydro incorporates all of the above though.
If you don't want to run organic soil the right way, perhaps you should run coco. It may suit you better.
