Yeah you are rightdon't feed the trolls
Whoa whoa whoa now. $14? There's cheapo ones that I'm sure will do the job on ebay. But luckily, there's a very nice Nexus for $6. I'll be buying and using them.
B version for potentiameter, so yes to PWM as well?Yes, get the right model letter designation.
Guys, is it B on Meanwell drivers? I'm not sure.
Yep, unless the driver thread is way wrong.B version for potentiameter, so yes to PWM as well?
Pretty sure it depends on a light source's spectrum.pretty sure you got to get total par watts times it by 4.65...then divide by the sq/m..and that will be your ppfd
Nothing against Arctic, they're great budget fans. But to call them high quality? I've got several arctics in my home server for about 3 years. They're not silent anymore and one died already. On the other hand, 2 Noctuas are running in other PC for 7 or 8 years now. Silent as new ones, just a little bit dusty. And, well, you don't want a fan over your LEDs to die.http://www.amazon.com/ARCTIC-F12-Value-Standard-Noise/dp/B00NTUJRHK/ref=pd_sim_23_57?ie=UTF8&dpID=51JrNy4vFkL&dpSrc=sims&preST=_AC_UL160_SR160,160_&refRID=17Y1P44GY08BKC227B9J

if you took the time to actually read the specs and did a little research you would realize that these fans are in the same class as the noctua fans, and have higher static pressures than a noctua. The nexus fan doesn't even compare with a cfm at almost half of the hyperborea.Whoa whoa whoa now. $14? There's cheapo ones that I'm sure will do the job on ebay. But luckily, there's a very nice Nexus for $6. I'll be buying and using them.
considering that the entire performance of a COB led light is based on keeping heat levels low, I would say you have your priorities backwards.that's what I consider a $5 high quality fan ( in that 5$ price range ) you guys all referenced 15$ -10$ fans
that's just too $ for a cooling fan imo
ha................so true, don't skimp on cooling parts for christ sakes.............noctua is where it's at imo.considering that the entire performance of a COB led light is based on keeping heat levels low, I would say you have your priorities backwards.
Ive been digging phantek fans as well. Sometimes cheaper than noctua.ha................so true, don't skimp on cooling parts for christ sakes.............noctua is where it's at imo.
