I have a few strains that are consistent crowd pleasers so I know how it is. Got me a GG4 cut too, so we'll see how it stacks up!I've heard that a properly grown GG#4 is in such high demand that people don't want much else out of that garden and I've heard this from more than a couple people.

There is a place near me that supplies clones and is only open on the weekends,it's been giving away GG#4 clones for at least a month now. It has a limited number available and you better be there before they open to get in line.

Yeah I understand that, but the clones are for us to grow arent they?
I mean if they only sold the dried buds I would understand, but not like that.
Making the clones higher price would seem to make more sense that making them hard to find if you want money.

A few clubs near me say they have the clones some times and go fast, and they get them from Purple Heart in the Bay Area.
You never know if they are legit though.

Cannaeye has cuts that are verified by the creator of GG#4. It's a crap shoot getting it from some booth and there is a huge difference between the real deal and the rest.

Theres no way with my back I can take a road trip across the state to get a clone.
Sitting for periods over 15-20 min cause me extreme pain, and causes me problems for days.
If I cant get it local or in seeds then its on to the next strain for me.
Thee are too many great strains to kill myself for a single one.
If I fin it locally in bud or clone form Ill try it

So many fake cookies cuts around here a few yrs ago, I gave up on it, and prolly never had the real one, and I am over it. I wouldnt grow a verified legit cut if it was given to me at this point.

& pickup some landrace Durban seed , clones of Fire OG , Chernobyl, Azure haze (bludream like )
I get the DNA clones anytime I see them better someone else do the pheno search
had JTR clones in G/h last summer
the real GSC is not a big yeilder unless you give room like Tall , hit the roof in my gh
even then lotta room taken up vs take

Actually Ive never been to any type of event.
I dont get out much anymore after I ruined my back.
If there is something local Ill go this year. Chernobyl is a great one I have grown 2x.

Really liking hazes these days for their ability to make my outlook more positive, and JTR sounds like a nice mix that I need to try.
I have so little room for flowering since I have to hide my grow.
For that reason topping pinching and shorter plants are the only way, so Cookies wouldnt even make sense with low yield under the conditions I have to offer.
I would grow it for others if I had space though maybe if someone REALLY wanted it.
The landrace Durban sounds interesting, and I will google it

Look into LaPlata Labs' Genetics. Get them from thedankteam.com.
Chris will hook it up with unopened breeders packs. LaPlata shit is SOOOO OOOOOEY-GGOOOOOEEYY!!! I'M a fan of alien blues.

guy outta Oregon collected seed in the Durban area SA & has produced a really good sativa 100% durban poison land race I'll find his card said he'd send MMJ seed he's gotta book as well has Malawa crosses he's doing

last winters mars grow was that LSD got 3 phenos outta 4 all were great still in jars
