dunno......i'm never a fan of heading to where the crowd is currently going and the partner thing.....been there done that. i've always had partners where one did all the work and one did the "thinking"

i'd stay and make a dent where you are.

just my opinion....good luck with whatever you choose

I replaced the head gaskets myself, just to let you know. And it's not a piece of shit either.. lol
Mos def no starting fluid! Not if you are already replacing head gaskets. Have a good battery at all times too. One blizzard - one day stranded - and you will be dreaming of Texas. Also keep a blanket and water and granola bars etc in the vehicle in case you do slide off. And don't say you aren't going to slide off!

Don't fuck that up! My roomie's son runs a golf course in Longmont there and is buying a house because of rising rents and rising mortgage rates. I love Colorado but there are too many other beautiful places to live. I'm headed back to Alaska for good now that I am retired.
yo Hot rod you driving ??? if so pm me before i will load you up with some seeds :) i got some pretty good cold climate strains i made and i am talking surviving - 10 weather strains you will see purps of all ranges and colors :)

Bingo. You'd benefit from budgeting and running everything yourself; It's high time. You'll land a babe that will keep you company. This could be a chance to save up over the next few years and move anywhere in style after that.
Only if it worked that way remember the Gold rush ??? just saying

Personally i think Colorado is over rated as everyone runs there like a gold rush eventually will run into a problem of to many dug outs and know where to grow lol..
I mean come September in Colorado i bet weed is real cheap like any other commodity prices drop as per amount around ,,
And lets face everyone and there dog is growing there .. let alone future global weather patterns creating more issues eventually and from what i am seeing Colorado texas , and parts of Cali are going to get hammered ..
Sometimes when people are running to one location its much better to run in the other direction ..
Its all about commodity,, i think for danksta it might be a good idea might help him survive sharing rental etc and making life easier ..
Instead of picking up and moving somewhere that you know nobody . but like many said lots of places legal and many more to come ..
If i was dead set on moving i would be northern washington state Yakima area , Spokane or . Oregon or even Montana with only price of water comparing to price of gold in the years to come find a place where rain fall is still good

yea, that may be the best way to go if you're attempting to relocate, but like I said he has the opportunity to be his own man if he just takes over his brothers rental, exactly where he is right now. it's a no brainer- if he let's go of the co-dependance bullshit.

at some point you have to cut the chord and go it on your own, it's a rites of passage thing. it's time, by 30ish. now if you can't make that work, basically you prove to yourself you're pretty fk'd up and need to reevaluate your decisions and lifestyle. :-)

Well this came kinda sudden, looks like I am moving to Evans Colorado by the end of January.. After Nellie and I broke up, I moved in with my brother. I was planning on taking over his rent when he moved so I've been saving money up.. But tonight he asked me if I would like to move with him..

So it's a long story that I won't go into detail about, but we have a bunch of friends, that we grew up with, move to Colorado around 8 to 9 years ago, well they asked my brother to come up there and help them out on their new warehouse.. Well he already has a house up there in Evans from the same guy that owns his house here.. So it's a three bedroom with a basement.. My brother said he needed my help and needed to use my lights and stuff..

My brother said I can't work at his warehouse, because he can't lose his creditablity if I fuck up.. Which I understand completely.. I think he is getting his blue card?? It's not the supporter one, it's the full access card..
He said we will share the basement grow.. But I'll have to get my own job..lol

This wasn't really what I had in mind, but I'll roll with.. I should be excited, but really I am not..

Any of you guys from Evans? And what is it like??
ODanksta, Texas can't afford to lose you. Hope you'll come back sometime. Good luck growing legal in Colorado.

Well the good thing is I transfer up there from job, so I'll have a job my first day. And if it doesn't work out I can just come home.. I want to go to experience Colorado, not for the legal scene.. It would be nice to get away from the city for a little bit. Maybe spend a year to see how I like it..

I'm moving back out there in June after my probation is complete. It's worth it even without the legal scene for sure..good trees just compliment the scenery

Me and my brother have never been in a fight our entire lives. I'm a dick and he is a dick, but we get along great. We grew up as best friends then mother married his father. And we have lived off and on together for years.. I can understand from most peoples prospective, but that's not even an issue between us..

Headed south to Texas. The company I was working for in AK was bought out and then the FTC said they couldn't have it because it would leave them a monopoly. Go figure. We had to get new jobs. I had less than 2 years to go to retire so I took that transfer. God I hated Texas and New Mexico is barely better. My bud just got busted for a "commercial" grow across the line in Texas. They charged him with 70 pounds of marijuana - they removed the plants from the containers and weighed them with the wet root balls and dirt and everything. Charged him with having 16 ounces of "hash oil" and it was pure liniment. He's a MMA fighter (or a lifelong trainee for them in reality) and hurts a lot. 70 pounds. He's facing a stiff prison sentence in Texas. Fuckthat place.
That's one reason I want out.. At one point I had 4 houses fully blown out, and I like using 25 gallon pots and those weigh 70 pounds easily when wet..

Things are a lot more relaxed here in Colorado. Evans is just fifty miles from my house in Ft Collins, we will definitely have to meet up when you get here!
