would 3 6500k 23w 1 6500k 43w and 2 2700k 23 w be good for it already or is it too much it would be about 8-9 k lumens i just thought it needs less while its so small. thanks for the help btw

That should work fine. I wouldn't let the plant get too big though. I would veg 4 weeks max w/200W of cfl. I've done 6 weeks with 300watts of spirals. Not enough light lol

im going to try to LST it and if everything works out im going to upgrade lights any suggestions on what would be good/enough in there?

A 250 watt hps kit with hood and cooling fan. Maybe even a 400 if you like, just dont forget about your ventilation.

Could be white powdery mildew keep and eye on it if the white spots spread and turn more of a cloudy white that's what you have water it less if that's the problem and get some hydrogen peroxide (1 teaspoon per gallon of 35% H202)
and a spray bottle mix w/ water more info online for sure but the grow room needs good ventilation as well also keep the humidity at a good range not to high 40-60% but you needa get that airflow in there

got you some pics and i have 2 questions 1 are those female pre flower things there?
2 how would you start LST ing this little plant ?
from where i look at it if i bend it any way its going to put one side in complete shade don't know if that would be good or bad for it kind of scared to touch it tbh

those aren't pre flowers on the little guy there called stipules two little weird green spikes usually two of them on each side grow around every node along the stalk and I wouldn't do lst yet just because of how young it is the branches are barley 2 inches yet you need that length and strength before you start to bend the branches to go where you want and so on. when pre flowers do start to come in you'll know the tear drop shape with a little white pistil(hair) coming out
