Going by this PDF, typical Vero29 should average 36.4Vf at 1.4A, assuming Tj ~50C. 36.4 * 4 = 145.6V. The driver is only good for 143-144V, so I suspect the driver would have to reduce its output to about 1.1A (40W ea). All that said, I have not tested 4 Vero29s on an HLG-185H-C1400 and it may behave differently depending on A or B version.
I think the reason I included that example (Vero29X4 with HLG-185H-C1400) in my post was due to repeated reports by several DIYers that it works, but I should retract that original post until I check if they tested it for full 1.4A current output, in situ and fully warmed up. Sorry for the confusion!
