His website says he is fully licenced and recognized by Health Canada so if he is not and is advertising that he is then we are in big trouble because the Corporal Shane Holmquists affifadavit could be brought back in as evidence if I understand correctly and that will effect us all in a very negative way. I will hope and pray that this is not the case.

I don't think the Steering Committee who is SUPPOSED TO BE standing up to SAVE our personal gardens should be hiding themselves. Stand up, make yourself and your motive known to us patients. Why are you using our donations to defend dispensaries and compassion clubs when you led us to believe that our money was going to save our gardens? I for one do not want one more cent to go towards defending dispensaries or compassion clubs because I did not sign up for that. How are you differentiating where the funds are going? Who is speaking solely for us patients that need to keep our life saving gardens? Why do you think Allard is a success when half of us have been left out! What happened to all those donation boxes that brought in thousands of dollars? Where did that money go? Why were so many broken open and then taped together? Who pays for JW to travel because I never did get an answer to that and if it's the patients then we deserve to know. You do realize that is taxable benefits one way or another right? Make sure you have kept proper recorrds
because when Revenue Canada comes knocking the patients should NOT have to pay for anyone else's mistakes or misappropriations.

The most important thing is the HOME gardens of us sick and disabled growers. There are still thousands of us and we need proper representation and I don't feel like we have it. I don't feel confident that our best interests are being looked after. I fear that other agenda like being a boss of a dispensary, a baked goods edibles company, a hydroponics store or a vape Lounge, being a YouTube star and a Richie Rich is where the steering committee et al should be putting their focus on before saving our gardens.

They promised us home grows would be their priority and took a quarter Million Dollars from us, now it doesn't appear to be that our gardens are the number one priority so they should be removed and a new Deleberative Assembly put in place to do the job they should of been doing all along.

Conroy says if we want a Cadillac job that he will need a million dollars! I say we need a new lawyer. JW is no longer supporting the MMAR up to my standards and he needs to be replaced before we lose everything.

This is all in my humble opinion

Definitely needs to be more transparency from the coalition. From what I've seen beyond the 3 bullet points that have been on the website forever, there doesn't seem to be much of a plan or organization.

JW shares incorrect information on occasion such as there being a 'right' to use cannabis, it'd be nice to see a well documented list of all of their objectives, and clear statement of the legal principles that have been run through someone like Conroy or Tousaw.

what can we do for getting CONroy replaced? i think that would be a good move but also think it might hurt as there isn't much more to do except wait for Phelan.
him saying if we want a better defense, we need more $$..that doesn't make me feel all warm and fuzzy. if he had done a better job in the beginning-like one extra plaintiff that needs changes-then I for one would be able to donate more but since he didn't do that, my spare $$ goes for meds

We have been preparing. Check your email and I'll ask if Jungle Strike guy or if anyone else can be let in on what actions we are about to undertake.

Can anyone recommend a laywer who could represent us? I do think Kirk Tousaw is a man of intregity and could be up to the challenge and I have also thought of Clayton Ruby.

If we are successful in also removing JW, Fazios, Keven Sharpe, and their phantom administration, then we need a voice, I have found the original incorporating documents that shows the coalition was supposed to be run as a proper deliberative Assembly where the members all get a vote but JW took over and make it a dictatorship, a sole prroprietorship that runs on a street gang mentality. too many expulsions of Steering Committee members shows disfunction. JW muzzled us all and they threatened me when I questioned what I perceived to,be misappropriation of funds and criminal wrongdoing.

JW does not speak for me and I don't believe the Coalition is a proper voice for the medicinal cannabis patients who were led to believe their one and only priority was to Save or Gardens.

When did that priority change? Where is the press release? Why don't we get a vote? Why has his term not come to an end?
