calling for back up ??? cops call for back up after they acess the situation this was a kid i totally agree who knows what she said to him maybe fuck off or something else
lets face it i a person is cuffed and being a prick cops tend to bash them up against cars walls what ever
cop cuffs someone who is respectfull they tend to treat him better
cops are not only there to take care of the issue there also there to protect other innocent people

Your right GWN maybe we will know in months to come the outcome ,, but watching news tonight that she was in trouble lots with school before this will infact not look good on her specially in a court room

that reason was his tactic that is not recognized by the police dept herd it from the chiefs mouth does not mean anything else ,, other then excessive force
i can see this turning out like i said and many cases like this court throws it out as police got enough of a penalty from loosing his job

here is a update student is still facing charges lol just herd it

Should of called for back up. and cleared the room (reduce her audience)
He fucked up that's why he got fired
there was no reason to manhandle her the way he did. That's why back up was appropriate. If she didn't comply they could of removed her from the chair without hurting her.

Bitch pants should be expelled from school and arrested for battery to a police officer

I do look down on them, if u have ever been in done time, and see how shitty they treat u, subhumane, u would too. They are bullys, what do mean why don't i look down on them too? The body cams on all police will help to solve a lot of issues. But they let any redneck who gets off on being a authority figure get a job. They suck, they have treated me like shit and less than human on many occasions, I have a lot of resentment against them. I believe their are a few good cops out there but they cover the bad cops asses to. they suck and they do treat black people worse than whites, thats a fact. I know I've seen it, lived it. what ever u wanna call it.
