These guys are accusing you of being a pedophile for banging a 15 year old at the age of 13?
Well, to be honest at least one of them (our favorite Uncle) seems jealous since he though the height of teenage fun was shitting on the floor of a public restroom at 17, and the other one is an avowed prohibitionist who proposes laws that make selling weed a criminal offense. So go easy on them, they might be in institutions for all we know.

Do you oppose a free market wherein the participants can trade in things that they have decided on without intervention by an unwanted third party ?
No. I don't think anybody does. I said I oppose capitalism, which is private ownership of economic infrastructure and resources.

I think they need to take cops out of our schools. They violate our kids rights everyday.
This cop was the school resource officer there. He should of called for back up.
Then had all the kids leave the room

That action would of got little miss Bitch pants out of the chair. If not they could of pried her out by force or taded her.

I agree, replace them with armed veterans.

13 year old children do not have the wherewithal to make informed consent.

Actually some 13 year olds have held jobs and have helped support themselves, which is more than some people much older do, who subsist off the labor of people that HAVEN'T consented to a forcible extraction of their labor. Just saying.

Are you saying at 13 I was raped by a 15 year old...oh my!! ...and why the fuck are we talking about this? Is it so you don't have to answer questions about what property is and whether or not people can own property ?

If a person makes a spear did he make it from thin air or did he use resources to do it?

Does he own the spear or not ? The one that was made from natural resources?

We get it, you think 13 year old children have the wherewithal to make informed consent to sexual relations.

If a person claims a piece of earth does he then own exclusive deed to it which can be sold or bequeathed, or does that deed come from gov't?

No. I don't view people like you do collectivist. I'd agree many, perhaps even most do not have the wherewithal. That doesn't mean that none do though, does it?

A person who can consent, can consent. A person incapable cannot. I'd also say, the likelihood a person can consent is usually higher when that individual gets older. Yet none of that precludes that a person of 13, somewhere, cannot have the wherewithal.

You should stop lumping everyone into things like that, it almost sounds racist.

Also, you are dancing away from the questions I've asked. Can the person who used natural resources to fashion a spear, then be said to own natural resources ?

I know you'd rather obfuscate, does that mean you concede that some natural resources can be owned?

Every person has to exist SOMEWHERE don't they?

If you are occupying a piece of the earth, which everyone alive does, would you then say if you improve that piece of earth you own the fruit of it? If you build a dwelling there, don't you own that dwelling?

Also, does Ogg own the spear he fashioned from natural resources?

You didn't answer my question, you just side stepped it and asked a stupid question about a hypothetical caveman. Yes, you can make a spear and own it in most cases in our society. You wanted to talk about property and I asked you a question. Here, I'll repeat it.

If a person claims a piece of earth does he then own exclusive deed to it which can be sold or bequeathed, or does that deed come from gov't?

Okay, You, today, make a spear from natural resources which were previously unused and unclaimed. Haven't you then claimed ownership of the spear which is composed of natural resources? You said people can't own natural resources and you implied that was an absolute. Is it ?

A person can claim ownership of something, but if he didn't acquire it in an unowned / unoccupied state or in a consensual exchange his ownership could be in question, because it would already be owned by somebody else. Also the intrusion of government doesn't mean it is necessary for ownership to take place.

As I've stated before the intrusion of government usually lessens an ownership right of a person.

One has to ask that she must of done something to bring a police officer into a class room , maybe threaten someone ??? sure was not from spitting spit balls lol
cmon think about it when a cop comes to a scene its for a reason and for a cop being dispatched to there means it must of been something rather important dont you think ???
