they discuss that issue all out in the interview and its very interesting how they react to the courts STUPID decisions....as
"Its impossible to have one license without the other" and my point all along...

BUT anyone who tried to get that in the mean time was shit out of luck because of the judges weird decision???They do talk about it .....check it out. Expalins a lot.

the ONLY other choice...was taking your chance with court and the Law by not doing what HC had told all patients to do. The ones who took that chance and waited to hear what the courts would decide had already broken the law by not abiding by HC's demands ......

I would think yes if it doesn't fit their idea of regulated and taxed...

Well being that 90% of the LP"s have some sort of x cop or x politician working for them trying to cash in I'm sure there will be a lot of favour being used up. Funny how weed has gone from the underground market and at least in Canada except for grow rips is pretty stable industry to now thesuits that kept it illegal trying to fall over backwards to cash in on it.

if we win Allard, will a lib government appeal it?
Obviously this is a very large hypothetical, but I would say probably not.

The last thing I heard about the LPC position is that they would allow home grows, so it's kind of silly for them to appeal something that would be even more restrictive in authorizing people to grow. If legalization looks like 6 or so plants or whatever the numbers is, I would expect the number of people seeking medical authorizations to severely decline. It's way less hassle to do a closet grow or whatever.

Generally, the LPC has more respect for the courts than Harper does. But, this is all dependent on LPC winning and Trudeau keeping his legalization promise or not altering it, so it's anyone's guess.

This is now the time to hold them to their promises, JT mentioned his support for some form of grow your own allowance in at least one interview pre-campaign. Based on their campaign tone, they should be open and willing to listen. Not sure what the best way/method to lobby for support is for us but I'd support the effort if we had a viable group representing med patients and personal grow options.

In the meantime it would be nice to hear from Phelan, wtf...

Let's hope phelan has seen all the Trudeau legalize it ads and this made his decision easier.
If Trudeau is touting legal rec then surely to fuk they will keep their noses out of patients gardens.

If having Harper the fun nazi didn't stop anyone from growing than I doubt many are feeling nervous about this pm.
If Harper and co could get spanked in court then it hopefully just got a lot easier and gave lawyers more ammo for keeping patients out of jail
