I've been saying this the whole time. Finally it would appear others are coming around.

Don't forget that Wilcox is equally responsible, if not more so. He's been skimming that 'donation' box to line his pockets, while he lies to everybody about where the money goes or what the injunction is even about. I don't know, Jason seems pretty stupid though, he might just be Conroy's puppet. Johnny boy is old and wants to retire soon. This case will do it for him.

This is very informative...good to hear them talk..answer all the questions like the ones that have been brought up in this thread as well.. all of them.

Balls, I figured we had more people around here in the evenings. I only came across it because I subscribed to the channel to follow progress on this court case. Pretty sure they'll post it after the fact

Definitely, and like i had speculated before, the crackdown on VC dispensaries comes as a result of the LP's profits being cut into by Storefront dispensaries I'm willing to bet.

Well that was very interesting.
Jason Wilcox seems pissed by LP's and is for home grows. Didn't seem to be the menace to the cause some say he is. WTF He seemed to be adamant for the right to grow your own. Did not appear as an LP sellout as described by other.
Same with Conroy....not the evil villian he's made out to be.

No, Jason Wilcox appeared in a video supporting LPs...his buddy was MariCann..that leopard ain't changing its spots....

so why are there "Left Outs"?
when the case is decided, hopefully it will apply to everybody.
if he had one more plaintiff that needed amendments to their permits, there would be less left outs. CONroy dropped the ball there as well as he abandoned the appeal in the higher court where he had sympathy. we may have won that appeal if he stayed in that court but he went to a lower court.
i have a case in the SCoC right now fighting that I do have standing because the courts say that only the 4 plaintiffs can appeal anything. if this was for everyone, why do I have to prove I can appeal?
